Vacation rentals with a pool in Grad Krk

Es ist ein neu gebautes Haus mit moderner und zeitgemäßer Einrichtung und Technik. Die Positionsdaten von AIRBNB führen an eine falsche Adresse ! War aber nicht weiter tragisch, da uns Valentina geholfen hat das Anwesen zu finden. Es befindet sich ca. 200 m von der angegebenen AIRBNB-Position. Bei der Ankunft waren wir sofort von dem schönen Haus und dem Pool begeistert. Die Innenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles war blitzsauber. Wir freuten uns auch über den herzlichen Empfang und dass im Kühlschrank bereits Snacks und Getränke waren. Schön war die ruhige Lage, teilweise über Stunden keine Zivilisationsgeräusche. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage ist die Nahrungsversorgung nur mit dem Auto möglich, das nächste Einkaufszentrum (LIDL, Konzum, Plodine) , Tankstelle usw. aber nur 8 km entfernt und sehr gut zu erreichen (10 min). Fazit: Super tolles Haus, Erholung pur, Hunde willkommen.

Casa di Karlo corrisponde alla descrizione fornita, è un luogo splendido dove soggiornare. Lo spazio esterno è ben equipaggiato , ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Il portico offre la possibilità di cenare all’aperto in comodità anche con la possibilità di un grande barbecue. Gli interni sono ben disposti e al piano superiore è presente l’indispensabile (nel periodo estivo) aria condizionata. Tomislav e Dominique, che ci hanno accolto, sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili.

Eine wunderbare Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr modern, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung, und auch wenn einige Häuser noch davor stehen, hat man einen Blick auf die Bucht von Krk und das Meer. Wenn man ankommt, fühlt man sich wie im Hotel: Handtücher und Bademäntel warten auf den Betten, die Bäder sind mit Seife und Shampoo ausgestattet. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlage, TV und eigene Bäder. Highlight ist die großzügige, halb überdachte Terrasse mit dem Pool, Liegen und Sitzgruppen. Die gesamte Anlage und Ausstattung sind sehr hochwertig, Die Gastgeber Valentina und Seny sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man mal kein „traditionelles Ferienhaus“ aus Stein, mit Holzbalken und umrankt von Wein sucht - das hier ist eine schöne Alternative. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sie ist ihren Preis wert.

We (3 couples with 2 babies) spent a week in Kresimir's house in July. The location is great - there is a good restaurant, bakery and a shop in Vrh (within walking distance, if you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes in warm weather) but plenty of other great options in a 5-10 minutes long drive too (including beaches with bars/restaurants). The house is perfect for more or bigger families - it is comfortable, has plenty of space, superb & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms each, the kitchen is well equipped, so is the outside fireplace area. All rooms are airconditioned. The house, the terrace, the pool are all very clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks a lot both to Kresimir and Martina (who welcomed us and handed the keys over upon our arrival and who was kind enough to also share a list of good beach destinations and restaurants) - the communication was smooth & straightforward all the way and I can only (highly) recommend booking with Kresimir.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Hallo, Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angereist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Tatjanas Familie empfangen. Das war das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren. Das Haus war wunderschön mit tollen Möbeln und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Wir waren von der modernen und sauberen Einrichtung sehr begeistert. Es war alles perfekt und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Tatjana und ihrer Familie für alles und werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Es war perfekt. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und Marina war täglich auf dem dem Gelände, das sehr gepflegt ist und Marina war stets ansprechbar. Wir haben es so genossen. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist unvergleichlich. 30m zum Strand, eigener Pool und und Balkon mit Meerblick. Herrlich ❤️

Das wunderschöne Apartment ist modern, sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es hat einen kleinen privaten Pool mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer, der sehr dazu einlädt den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. In der Nähe (ca. 400m) , befindet sich der Strand, ist super geeignet für lange Spaziergänge. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ist ein echter Geheimtipp in Njivice.

Gli appartamenti di Mia sono davvero nuovissimi e ben curati. La piscina è un valore aggiunto e abbiamo apprezzato anche la piastra x cucinare all’aperto. Posizione tranquilla ma vicinissimo a tutto. Soltanto la cucina molto piccola e poco accessoriata ma per una casa vacanze può andare. Nel complesso bellissima esperienza, sicuramente da consigliare e ci torneremmo volentieri.

We had an amazing 6-night stay at this beautiful apartment in Crikvenica! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with every gadget and amenity you could need — whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or working remotely. The sea view from the terrace is simply stunning, and we spent most of our mornings and evenings enjoying it. The pool and jacuzzi were a real highlight — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also loved the outdoor grill area, which made for some great dinners. One of the best parts for us was that the apartment is dog-friendly. It made traveling with our furry friend so easy and stress-free. The location is peaceful yet close enough to everything Crikvenica has to offer. About 15-20 min on foot to the sea and restaurants. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and scenic getaway. Thank you! :)

Appartamento situato in posizione strategica. Ottima la piscina sempre pulita. Francois e Monika ottimi host pronti a dare tutte le informazioni e consigli. Piccola pecca ma non grave pulizia non ottimale ma nel complesso ci sta. Consigliato alla grande.

The house was really good, clean and had everything you could wish for. Outside area was also amazing. Just the neighbors were a little annoying because we did a Bbq ouside at like 8 pm and they directly complained that we were to loud even though we just had dinner ouside in the evening and talkt. The day after because of that we were inside the house in the evening and just went ouside once at 9 pm to quickly jump in the pool and they directly started whistleling… both enenibgs we were inside before 10 pm and we were never just really loud we were just talking so that i dont find quite reasonable… but everything elese quite good.

Die Unterkunft von Barbara und Davor war wirklich schön. Wir wurden mit freundlichen Worten und einem gefüllten Kühlschrank sowie einer warmen Mahlzeit begrüßt - davon waren wir nach einer langen Fahrt total überrascht und erfreut. Die Grundausstattung ist den Beschreibungen entsprechen und vollständig - alles was man braucht und noch ein bisschen mehr. Die Zusatzausstattung mit Whirlpool, Billardtisch und Dartscheibe lassen den Aufenthalt entspannt und abwechslungsreich sein, auch wenn man nicht unterwegs die schöne Gegend erkundet. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Ein wunderschöner Garten mit so vielen liebevollen Details macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas wirklich Besonderen. Ein sehr freundlicher liebevoller Empfang, fast ein Stück zu Besuch bei Freunden.... Traditionell und authentisch eingerichtet aber für alles ist gesorgt. Überall Schmetterlinge, Obstbäume, Rosmarin und Lavendel um den tollen Pool. Sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I signori Mikac soggiornavano nel nostro medesimo stabile e sono stati discreti e molto gentili nei nostri confronti. A dimostrazione di ciò un giorno ci hanno portato e pulito del pesce da loro pescato e del pane fatto in casa. Villa in ottime condizioni, molto pulita e dotata di ogni possibile comfort che possa essere apprezzato in un soggiorno estivo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Absoluter Qualitäts-Gastgeber. Von uns eine 10 von 10! Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt, dennoch haben wir uns wie in einem kleinen Paradies gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles neu, es fehlt einem an nichts. Draußen erwartete uns eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Ein Grilplatz für schöne Abendstunden bei Essen zusammen steht auch zur Verfügung. Sogar ein kleiner Bereich für Kinder, mit Schauckel und Rutsche ist gegeben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Gordan ihr Mann und ihre Tochter sind solch eine freundliche Familie und wir werden wieder kommen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft und die Gastgeber Geschenke.

This villa is certainly worthy of the 5* rating. It’s even more impressive than the pictures on Airbnb with some great furnishing all based around a nautical theme. The bedrooms are very comfortable with superb en-suites & the kitchen is well stocked if you choose not to eat out (although some great restaurants in Novi Vinodolski). The pool & hot-tub are fantastic & all of the outside space has been really well planned to cater for spending time outside in the sunshine. We found Damir, the owner, very helpful & the villa was in great location being only 10min walk from town/sea but in quiet location looking out over countryside. The villa was exceptionally clean & Damir & his team came in after first week & cleaned villa, pool, etc again. The sun terrace is great for enhancing the tan but there is also a lovely shaded area pool side if you want to avoid the heat. All in all Villa Lea Lana is great value for money & well worth a visit in a really lovely seaside town…we hope to return

Ubytování bylo skvělé, krásně připraveno a uklizeno. Ve vile je naprosté soukromí. Vila je perfektně vybavená, od kávovaru až po gril. K dispozici jsme měli dostatečný počet ručníků v koupelně i u bazénu, což jsme ocenili. Paní Ivana byla velice milá, připravila nám čerstvé ovoce a pečivo jako pozornost. Moc jsme si pobyt užili a vřele doporučujeme.
