Condo vacation rentals in Grad Krk

We spent 5 nights in the apartment, which was perfect for our expectations. Sandra and Marija were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. The microwave was a bit missing, but everything could be fixed on the hot plate. We were also completely satisfied with the location of the apartment. Our patio was facing the backyard, you could see the stars in the evening, it was quiet. We also slept comfortably and well in the room. There was also wifi. Concrete beach is max 10 minutes walk, almost at the end of the street,followed by a small pebble beach. It was wonderful, thank you for everything! 🥰

Very clean and welcoming place. The surrounding was quiet and not too far off the centre. The terrace was a true highlight as well. Lastly Djani was great to talk and communicate to. Would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandra's apartment. She is a perfect host, very welcoming and easy to contact. The apartment has everything necessary, was clean and has a really nice balcony. It's located close to a big supermarket and the beach is a short walk away. There's plenty of parking space in front of the house. We would definitely recommend to stay there!

Perfect apartment for 3 people + 1 dog. Great location with short walk to Marina and a bunch of restaurants. Francois super welcoming and very quick to respond to our questions. Lovely place with lovely pool, order of things and a GREAT view of the water. Try their breakfast basket, really a treat with great produce that tells the hosts' care 🤩

Josip is a nice host, responds quickly, is friendly and very helpful. There is also a lot of privacy. The apartment is spacious, practical and is in a fantastic location with sea views. The beach is within walking distance, 10 minutes, with a height difference of about 50 meters. There are 2 cozy beach bars for a snack and a drink.

Apartment located in a strategic position. Great pool always clean. Francois and Monika are great hosts ready to give all the information and advice. Small downside but not serious cleanliness not optimal but overall it is there. Highly recommended.

Stop looking for more and choose this house for your stay in Baška, 2 kilometers away from the sea, they are just an advantage. You will connect in a large, very clean, cozy house., equipped with everything, fresh, surrounded by greenery and a unique view. Parking in Baska will allow you to enjoy the beaches of the town and if you do not want to use the car, a pleasant walk will take you to the heart of the renowned town.. Marica is very kind, my family and I had a good time.

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

A very nice apartment, with a lot of love for detail. We as a family felt comfortable for the 5 days. The garden is also very nice and the beach is just down the stairs.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is absolutely great! The location right on the sea is perfect, the bay on the doorstep is beautiful. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is available and Marina can be reached at any time if something is missing. The pool is great and fortunately heated in the fall! Superbly located apartment with great sea views. Apartment is very comfortable and modern, we didn't miss anything. The beach is quickly accessible and super suitable for extensive walks. Apartment is equipped with a small private pool. All destinations on the island of Krk can be reached within a short time. Nice communication with hosts. It was a perfect getaway. Very courteous and always available owners, they recommended many places to visit and typical restaurants, all really great recommendations!!Perfectly clean apartment, ours was small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities, ideal for a couple. The swimming pool with sunbeds is also excellent. Very close to the center but in a quiet area, perfect for resting without disturbance. Highly recommended!!

Mia's apartments are really brand new and well cared for. The pool is an added value and we also appreciated the hot plate x cooking outdoors. Quiet location but very close to everything. Only the very small and poorly equipped kitchen but for a vacation home you can go. Overall, a beautiful experience, definitely to be recommended and we would be happy to come back.

Everything matches when described and the photos. Slightly outside the center in a quiet area but everything can be easily reached by foot (shops, sea...). Possibility of barbecue and pool. Everything is great!

We were completely satisfied. I liked the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is available. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can take a nice long walk along the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.
