This newly renovated apartment is situated on the ground floor, 5 minutes away from the city center. It's big and spacious with a small balcony on one side and a terrace on the other. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a couch that can be made into a bed. Since it can get really hot during the summer, we provided the apartment with two air conditions. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
