House vacation rentals in Grad Krk

It's a newly built house with modern and contemporary furnishings and technology. AIRBNB'S position data will lead to an incorrect address ! But it wasn't tragic because Valentina helped us find the property. It is located about 200 m from the listed Airbnb position. Upon arrival we immediately loved the beautiful house and pool. The interior leaves nothing to be desired, everything was sparkling clean. We were also happy about the warm welcome and that there were already snacks and drinks in the fridge. The quiet location was nice, sometimes no civilization noises for hours. Due to the secluded location, the food supply is only possible by car, but the nearest shopping center (LIDL, Konzum, Plodine) , gas station, etc. is only 8 km away and very easy to reach (10 min). Conclusion: Super great house, pure relaxation, dogs welcome.

This place was a great place ace to explore Krk with our three kids. We loved the pool and being able to walk down to the beach.

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

Franjo and his family is very friendly and always contactable. They are caring about their guests and it seems like no of our question was too much. The house is super clean and good equipped. We would love to come back!

We (3 couples with 2 babies) spent a week in Kresimir's house in July. The location is great - there is a good restaurant, bakery and a shop in Vrh (within walking distance, if you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes in warm weather) but plenty of other great options in a 5-10 minutes long drive too (including beaches with bars/restaurants). The house is perfect for more or bigger families - it is comfortable, has plenty of space, superb & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms each, the kitchen is well equipped, so is the outside fireplace area. All rooms are airconditioned. The house, the terrace, the pool are all very clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks a lot both to Kresimir and Martina (who welcomed us and handed the keys over upon our arrival and who was kind enough to also share a list of good beach destinations and restaurants) - the communication was smooth & straightforward all the way and I can only (highly) recommend booking with Kresimir.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

The perfect apartment for a trip to Krk. It has a very good and quiet location and you have everything you need. In a few minutes' walk you are in the beautiful old town of Krk or on the beach. Dario and his mother are very warm and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay in Punat. As a welcome gift, there was homemade honey and medicine :-) We felt very comfortable. The very nice landlord couple lives right next door and is always responsive. Privacy goes down a bit, but we were mainly on the beautiful island so everything was great and pleasant. Thank you for the great time.

We had a wonderful week at this villa Anna. What a beautiful house with a huge porch in front of it. Due to the trees in the garden there was always shade, which was very welcome. The house was complete and very clean, really worth it! In fifteen minutes walk you are at the beautiful beach with beach bars. There you can rent a boat, or a sup or pedal boat. Pineziçi is quietly located, but by car you are in fifteen minutes in Krk. An ideal base for us!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ana's. From the first moment I felt incredibly comfortable and welcome there. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness and loving simplicity with which everything was designed. Ana and the hosts created an atmosphere that made it easy for me to feel right at home. Above all, the open and warm nature of the hosts made my stay special. It was not just a place to stay, but a place I'd love to return to any time. I felt completely comfortable and am grateful for this wonderful experience. If I get the chance again, I'll definitely go back to Ana's.

Small apartment but complete with everything. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was still well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time. Recommended for a couple and very close to the center of Krk

Our stay at Patricia's was just perfect! The place was exactly as described. Everything was very clean, tidy and lovingly furnished. You immediately notice that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here in order to provide guests with a pleasant stay. The location was ideal and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality. We really felt welcome.

It was an amazing stay. The hosts were super nice and always answered super fast if there were questions. The place is super sweet but for our personal taste it could‘ve been cleaner it was overall clean but there were a view things that could’ve gotten a little more attention while cleaning. It was a nice neighborhood we weren’t super quiet but there was never an issue with any neighbors. We do have to say that one evening a neighbor came onto the property to sell us olive oil which was kinda weird because we were only girls so I would keep the gates closed ( which we didn’t oops) and maybe not have things of worth laying around outside because if he had the chance to come onto the property others can to. But the host answered immediately when we told her and made sure we always felt save for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back overall amazing.

Great house!

The location is conveniently located in a cute and quite village. The Host is very responsive and both check in and check out went very smooth. On the island you can find wonderful beaches that you can reach from the house in 30-40 minutes maximum by car. The outside area with large dining table and barbecue was ideal for sharing meals and time together. We had a wonderful time on the island.

A wonderful villa that leaves nothing to be desired. Very modern, very well equipped. It is located in a small settlement, and even if some houses are still in front of it, you have a view of the bay of Krk and the sea. When you arrive, you feel like in the hotel: towels and bathrobes are waiting for the beds, the bathrooms are equipped with soap and shampoo. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and private bathrooms. Highlight is the spacious, half-covered terrace with the pool, loungers and seating groups. The entire complex and amenities are very high quality, the hosts Valentina and Seny are very nice and helpful. If you are not looking for a "traditional cottage" made of stone, with wooden beams and surrounded by wine - this is a nice alternative. We can fully recommend this villa and it is worth its price.

This peaceful oasis on the Island Krk is the perfect place to relax and rewind. This cozy house had everything we needed and clean. The outdoor environment is the epitome of the Croatian coast - the terrace under large tree, a breeze with the smell of the Adriatic, and the sea is the distance. Also, the pool was amazing. We loved it! Moreover, the host was friendly and responsive. Overall, 10/10. Will be back again.

A home surrounded by a garden with local plants, herbs, and pine trees. Possibility to spread the linens under the trees, take a shower outdoors, wash the dog on the way back from the sea. In the house everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. An out of time experience with many comforts of our times. Very nice
