Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Welcome to the village of Kappishäusern with 500 inhabitants. Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation).

The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
