Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Rustic and charming housing with 2000m2 garden and free view of the mountains. The house (built in the 1960s, renovated in the 00s) is located between Lake Chiemsee (3.5km) and Tüttensee (1.5km). Bikes can be borrowed for free upon availability. Big, high-quality bed (180x200cm) plus light-blocking shades. Fully supplied kitchen, wifi, washing machine, dish washer, cozy patio furniture, TV including Netflix. The couch can be used as an extra sleeping space.

Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
