Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Government of Rotterdam

Super nice hostess :) Everything was as described, no bad surprises. You could tell she has a dog, but that was also in the description. For us, this was no problem, if you may have a dog hair allergy, you may want to look for another accommodation. Everything was in a clean condition. Charlotte helped us super easily and well with the parking space on site, which was no problem at all. There's nothing to complain about from our side! Gladly again:D

This felt like a perfect cozy home. Has everything you need and extremely well thought out and intuitive. Staying in this home feels like sharing a slice of life. We had just the best experience. Parking: 10/10 Neighborhood: 10/10 The home is comfy and is designed to make you go "ahhhh.. so nice". I would wish for everyone to experience such a lovely stay as we did.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and cozy. The coffee machine was making a great coffee 😍 Fully, no max possible fully, equipped kitchen. Bathroom with both bath and shower. Big living room with windows with a beautiful view of the river and the terrace. Also our small boy really liked fox under the TV set, they became friends . 😄 Our stay was quite good, even though we had a unpleasant accident with our son breaking some stuff, which we openly informed Ingrid right after it happened without hiding anything, and we did find a mutual understanding and solution on this matter. Our stay was very nice. About 20 mins from the train station, 20 mins from the ferry to Kinderdijk, and 15 mins to Markthal and Cube Houses. Right in the middle of the road with a ton of food choices. We stayed at Simon’s with our 2 yo and 4 mo daughter. We asked if they had a crib and Simon got a new pack n play for our stay. It’s a good place for kids. It’s up one floor on a wide set of steps. The giant window seat was a lot of fun for our child to people watch along the busy street. We had a sound machine for our kids, so I can’t comment on the loudness of the street. Same as other reviews - it’s odd that there is no shower curtain, and yes, the single toilet room is small but I’m 5’8” and it was fine. The washer dryer was a huge plus for us.

Twan was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment is exactly as described, comfortable and has all the basic things that are required for a shert term vacation. We were super satisfied with everything. Small note on the site: The stairs to the apartment are very steep. This was not a problem for us, but might be for others, if your legs are not in perfect condition.

Carola welcomed us lovingly, showed us everything and gave recommendations for the area, restaurants etc. At the weekend we got cakes and there was a great wine to welcome us. Carola was very interested in making us feel good and like it. We will be happy to come back.

Great stay, brilliant location and it was great that all of us could hang out on the boat instead of being in hotel rooms looking for each other

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and felt like home. Positive fact was the location as the bus stop was in front of the house so it was 20 minutes to Rotterdam center. The owner was also very kind and helpful, the communication was great as well. I cam only fully recommend.

From a start it was all perfect. Rob and his wife were very responsive, before check-in, during and after. Perfect location and if you need anything they are waiting for you to have it. The house is prepared in detail and everything is very neat and neat. We will be back without hesitation!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Juriens place. Although we did not get a chance to meet in person he was very responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The accommodation and the host are awesome! Lisette is the greatest hostess you can imagine. We got a varied breakfast with, for example, homemade bread, yogurt and eggs. It was beautifully arranged in an extra room. Communication with Lisette was quick and straightforward. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It is a great base to drive to Delft, Den Haag or the sea (we were at Monster Beach). The weather wasn't so great with us, but we could read a lot in the cozy living room 🤓 The three days were pure relaxation! Thank you!

The house is an historical Dutch house, direct on a canal- absolutely quiet, charming neighborhood with chickens next door and a wonderful bakery right around the corner. The kitchen is on the ground floor, an elegant living- and dining room on the first floor with hardwood floors. Then VERY steep stairs (not for the weak of heart, small children or people with knee problems) going up to the 2nd floor with a big master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds (not really good for us, a group of five 68-72 yr old women) and a nice bathroom with plenty of room. The top floor had a „double“ bed, but too narrow for two of us, and a small bath. I think 6 adults would be a tight squeeze in the house unless they‘re all young and cozy with each other. Schidam is a charming suburb of R‘damm, where we never would have gone if we hadn’t booked the house there. All in all, a WONDERFUL house and well worth the extra travel to and from R‘damm.

Would consider staying again - very responsive and helpful host, apartment is also very clean and tidy, as if new. Easy access via metro/tram. Convenience store/ restaurants available nearby. Everything you need is available; from (lots of) towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine + dryer, coffee machine, to smart TV, boardgames. There's a basement which we had to lock upon arrival and garden area though lovely and we did not use, had leaves all over. Also ran out of black pepper.

Me and my partner had a great experience at Frans' in Schiedam, the apartment is quiet and has a very cozy vibe. The location is great, with tram and bus stops 4 minutes away on foot it's very easy to move around, and the neighbourhood is very walkable and pretty. Frans is super friendly and helpful, he checked with us regularly to make sure everything was ok throughout our stay. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

Marloes and Desiree were really great! They helped me and provided me with everything that I needed. My stay was incredible, both were very kind and responsive! Would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Jeroen’s large, light airy apartment with tree views. The comfy bed and bedroom were very spacious with a balcony to enjoy in fine weather. Good location with only a 15 min walk to Central station and trams close by that made it easy to explore Rotterdam and other nearby towns, and also take the Eurostar for our onward journey to UK. Good restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. As with most Dutch houses there are steep stairs, so need to be aware that it’s one flight to the apartment front door (and living/dining/kitchen) and a further double flight to the bedroom - all helps with your daily step count! Our son and his Dutch partner, who live in Rotterdam, would happily live in this apartment - and would make more use of the piano than we did.

beautiful spacious place, located in the heart of the historic town. in nice weather you can use the lovely terrace. inside very clean, equipped with everything you could need. the host is very nice and communicative. highly recommended!

Very nice house, a lot within walking distance, good communication, sofa had a few stains but otherwise everything was super clean! However, you have to be careful with the steep stairs. Check-in and check-out was easy and easy. All in all highly recommended.

This place was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Mike and Sevim were supper nice and responsive to all questions I had. Very close to markets, coffee and restaurants. I wasn't sure by the description how private it would be, but there is no issues with privacy. Mike and Sevim are fantastic people and we were able to have a beer and break bread together on an evening or two. Fantastic stay and worth every penny.

We rented this flat because it was very child-friendly. Besides that it has a wonderful view of the city. My kids were amazed by the skyline! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The flat is very well located: one can walk almost everywhere or take the public transport very easily. Since it is in the heart of the city, it can be pretty noisy at night, but it gets quiet around 23h. I can highly recommend this flat for families!
