Welcome to our cozy tiny house in the polder of Poortugaal and close to Rotterdam! Our tiny house is 18m2 and equipped with every comfort. There is a seating area and a fold-out dining table. There is a kitchenette with faucet, combination microwave, a separate two-burner electric stove, tea and coffee making facilities and complete tableware. In the same room, there is also the double bed (140 by 200 cm). Through a sliding door, you enter the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

Public transport is nextdoor and we offer cycling, breakfast & boating as optional services.

We are located in Spijkenisse, Zuid Holland within walking distance of the citycenter ( a 5 min. walk) and public transport Our environment has a lot to offer for bicycle-, hiking- and motorcycle tourism. We are motorbikers ourself. But of course everybody is Welcome! You can find us between Rotterdam and the beaches and dunes of Rockanje. You can relax at your own terrace. We will welcome you in person but if this is not possible you we have a possibility for Self check-in by keylocker.

Beach house in Hoek van Holland Unique location right behind the dunes. More sheltered than by the sea. 7 minutes walk from the beach. A fenced wooden cottage with veranda at the front and with lots of privacy in the backyard. A double sofa bed and a bunk bed with 3 beds. At the recreation center, there is a camping shop with a laundromat. On the beach nearby, there are a number of (vegan) beach pavilions. The metro to the heart of Rotterdam is also close by. So enjoy to the fullest!

It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

On the island of Voorne-Putten, less than 600 meters from the beautiful North Sea beach, is our lovely little vacation home on the edge of the forest in a cozy vacation park. It has recently been completely refurbished so that it does not lack atmosphere and comfort. At the cottage is a large covered veranda where you can sit in the shade if it is too hot. You can easily walk on a bike path through the dunes to the beautiful and cozy beach of Rockanje.

An idyllic "Tiny house" on the property of a special historic farm located on the Schie in Rotterdam. Wibbine Kien, owner of - and programmer for - this amazing place, had this tiny house - the "pipowagen" - built to give people the opportunity to enjoy the unique countryside around Rotterdam. The tiny house is located in the middle of an antique orchard with apple, pear and walnut trees, which is surrounded by nature. The perfect place to unwind.

This newly built chalet (52m2, 2023) is located in a quiet place in the KruiningerGors holiday park. Walking distance to Brielse Lake. The Oostvoornes lake and North Sea beach (windsurfing, kitesurfing and diving) are within 5 km of the chalet. Excellent for cycling to various fortified towns - Brielle and Hellevoetsluis and walking through the dunes of Voorne. Shops and eateries are in Oostvoorne and Brielle.
