Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Government Camp

We stay at this property once a year. The property and location are both amazing, but the responsiveness and consideration of the host is what keeps us coming back year after year. If you do manage to find a comparable property I can guarantee you will not find comparable hosts. They're amazing!

We stayed here with our family for our wedding weekend and it was fabulous. The backyard is incredible, the greenery was all in bloom during our stay. I loved the skylights. The pool table was fun for bonding. They had things we needed like sugar which was so helpful. Would definitely come back again. The road to get there has mega potholes. That’s out of their control though. :)

WOW, nice little gem we. And across when I saw this listing. We loved it so much we stayed another extra day. The place is clean and so relaxing. We will be back for sure.

Our stay at Rohin and Michelle’s home was absolutely perfect. Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood, the house was cozy, spotless, and felt like a charming cabin in the woods. Perfect for my partner and I and our little doggo. We appreciated the thoughtful dog-friendly touches as well. The hot tub was an easy favorite, especially with the sounds of the forest all around. Check-in was simple, everything we needed was clearly laid out, and Michelle was a great communicator and fantastic host. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was truly one of the most amazing spots I’ve ever seen! The house is set right on a beautiful mountain river - peaceful, private, and incredibly cozy. It feels like the owners stay here from time to time, which gives the home a special character and warmth that’s hard to find. It has soul, and you feel it the moment you walk in. The house was spotless, very clean and well-maintained! The firepit area was a highlight - we spent hours there as a family, just relaxing and enjoying the setting. Honestly, I could write paragraphs about how great this place is! My parents kept asking why we only booked 2 nights instead of a full week! Huge thanks to Chris, who was super helpful with local fishing tips and quick to respond to any questions we had. If you're traveling through the Mt. Hood area, this is an absolute must-stay. We will definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb while staying at Mt Hood. The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well cared for, pristinely clean, conveniently located a block from grocery options and a short drive to the primary areas to play on the mountain such as skibowl, Timberline and Meadows… it’s the perfect home-base for your Mt Hood gateway.

This house was exactly what I was hoping to find. It's def in a neighborhood but once you get to the house it feels super private. It's very close to some amazing hiking as well. I didn't get to take full advantage of that, but I got a couple great hikes in. The hot tub was exactly what I needed. I would def stay again. Thanks!

I can’t even describe the beauty of this place. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was everything we needed. The windows slide and have screens so it’s perfect. The beds were comfortable, It was clean, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We had a blast playing the Nintendo, grilling dinner on the porch, and playing in the yard. It was far enough out to be peaceful but convenient to everything we wanted to do like Multnomah Falls. I also have to mention something that probably doesn’t matter to everyone but most places you stay give you scratchy small towels. Not this place. They are equipped with plush bath sheets. It’s those details that put this place at the top of my list! We did not want to leave!!! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Wonderful quiet lovely place!

We took off for a few days to get away with friends to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I happened on the Palmer Cabin after weeks of searching. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was in a great location, lots to do and see in the area, quiet and comfortable. The hot tub was great and sitting by the gas fire place in the evening was nice. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen was well stocked with last-minute stuff that we may have forgot to bring. Check in and check out Instructions were easily understood. Would definitely come back here again.

We had a great time at Todd's cabin! The place was even more beautiful in person, cozy and yet still spacious. River is just a short walk from the house. The entire back patio is incredibly cute- we made great use of the hot tub and talked for hours on the couches outside. Todd also allowed us to check in early, which was so great for making the most of our weekend getaway. All in all a wonderful Airbnb :)

This is a cabin with extras! The pizza oven is the biggest standout, and it was supported by a truly well equipped kitchen. The appliances are high quality and like- new. Even the dishwasher is quiet. The bathroom of also deluxe. The heated floors were perfect on cold mornings. The deck has a great view for a morning coffee or soak in the hot tub. John is a great host- he's communicative and quick to respond. I can't wait to visit again.

Great place! We stayed for our anniversary and had some steaks out on the deck. Loved the lights outside, the cabin was so adorable, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! Shane was great and very communicative for check-in/check-out, we had no issues during our stay. Loved it! will stay again next time we’re in the area :)

We had a great stay at Sarah’s place! The hot tub and hammock were perfect for relaxing, and my family loved the games and roasting marshmallows. It was peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sarah responded quickly to a small concern, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We love staying at Mountain Vista lodge. It’s a very comfortable cabin in a beautiful location, with a wonderful garden! It’s peaceful but an easy drive to lots of adventure. The Ramona Falls hike nearby was incredible! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

I could feel the magic as soon as we arrived. We felt a huge sense of peace and tranquility. The water feature & the surrounding bird feeders make for an unforgettable experience. Inside, the house is immaculate but cozy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with nice cookware. I brought my own seasonings, so imagine my surprise when I saw the smorgasbord of spices provided in one of the drawers. Though small, the kitchen has just the right amount of room for prepping and cooking. The greatest thing about TCH is that Rebecca and Richard are providing the very best of everything in order for you to have an unforgettable & relaxing experience. We had the comfiest beds, nicest bedding, softest sheets! My wife snores so we opted to sleep separately and I think we both had the greatest sleep we have had in a while! Ha! The sliding glass doors out to the patio come equipped with the coolest sliding screens for wildlife viewing! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you R & R for sharing TCH!
