Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Government Camp

We had a wonderful three night stay here on the river with Lyon-laws and will definitely be back! The setting is so peaceful, everyone reported their bed as being super comfortable with soft luxurious linens. The hot tub on the deck has an awesome river view. Gretchen and Flavio were friendly and responsive and even got us an early check-in time just as a kind gesture. Thanks so much!

House is beautiful and was very clean. There is lots of space to hang out inside and outside and it is very peaceful and private. The hot tub was running and ready for us when we arrived. Great place to stay for a family or group. I would 100% stay here again.

We absolutely love staying at The Foxglove! Aaron is a wonderful host, the house is full of great items to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to cook at home, and the layout is great for us! We both work remotely and are able to set up offices, as well as have a space for relaxing and enjoying a good movie, or cozy up with a book. We are repeat vacationers to the area and always try to stay at Aaron's home if it is available. Thank you for another great stay!

Roberta was very responsible and allowed us to check in a hour early. The location was great, just 10 min from Mt. Hood Village & 20-ish minutes to Government Camp & Ski Bowl East. My daughter left a beanie & book behind, Roberta promptly notified us and even offered to mail it back to us free of charge! We’d definitely stay here again!

Chris’s home was super comfortable with well stocked kitchen and anything you’d need for a getaway. The setting by the river is magical- we saw bald eagles and other waterfowl even in midwinter! Imagine relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snow sports with a view of the river. It’s a perfect spot to get you away from the rat race for a little while! We hope to check it out in warmer weather soon

Amanda's place was perfect for myself and two teen kids for spring break! Minutes to the mountain to ski, walking distance to coffee, pizza place (delicious), a DQ and a short drive (2 miles or less) to a grocery store if needed. I had brought games, but Amanda had several as well as there is no TV which was kind of nice to be honest! The hot tub got used at least twice daily after skiing too.

This is an amazing house and location. So peaceful right on the river. Bonus was a hot tub and a jacuzzi bath tub. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of recreational options in the area. We did mountain biking and biking to Ramona falls. Took just over an hour to get there from Portland so easy to get to after work. Would highly recommend.

THE BEST BNB I’ve stayed in by far. Had everything needed and then some. Stayed for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave that place felt right at home. Very thankful for the Amazing experience and opportunity that Alice and her home has provided. Loved the place I would go back again. Would love to go back when it is warmer so we could enjoy sitting out back on the deck and listening to the river. Couple of things to keep in mind. It tells you that they will give you a bundle of wood but if you want to start a fire in the fireplace for each day you are there you will definitely need to bring your own wood. The internet is very spotty. Tried watching Netflix and it would stop on us to look for internet service again. We had a hard time figuring out the TV and what remote to use to get to Netflix and so forth. They do good on giving you directions on how to turn the surround sound on but we didn’t see anything about the TV. There is a road right next to the house and cars drive very fast on it so make sure to watch pets. But again I liked the place.

Great location and a beautiful view. Even though there are a few cabins next door, it feels completely private. All the windows face a beautiful forested area and creek. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is clean.

Carly and Kevin’s place was an absolute delight and the perfect forest rejuvenation getaway! From the thoughtfully designed touches throughout the cabin to the amazing amenities like the hot tub and sauna, and hearing the river rushing by while walking amongst the trees and staring at the stars we could t have asked for a better place to be. We’d happily return in a heartbeat!

+: Looking forward to returning with my family. Host was attentive and quick to respond. Beds were all comfy. Place stayed warm the entire time. Home has a lot of essentials in kitchen and even board games! Hot tub was relaxing. Tons of towels were easy to access if needed. Location was great, serene sounds and close to many trails. -: (I’m being picky here) Downside is that I feel like check-in could be an hour earlier since we are responsible for starting loads of sheets and taking trash out. Found a few dust balls in living room, cobwebs on the chandelier and Cheetos under one of the beds.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit, making everything feel so easy and welcoming. We especially appreciated the emphasis on creating a family-friendly environment — it made our trip even more special. Great memories were made, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Wonderful accommodations. Hot tub was lovely, cabin privacy and forest surrounding were just as described. This was the perfect location to take some groceries and a good book. We made our own dinner, all required kitchen items were included, including everything needed to clean up after ourselves. Our pup loved it there as well. I'm not sure it's listed in the description but the stairs to the second floor were very steep with no traction. had to carry the husky down them for her safety. Other than that this place is absolutely perfect!

We’ve just completed our third trip to this special place. We find it so peaceful but close to activities, restaurants and quick runs to the grocery store. We brought our 2 little ones and the screened porch was great place to entertain them. I’d recommend this home to anyone.

House was the perfect location and the scenery made us feel like we were out in a cabin without anyone around for miles. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for seclusion but not being too far off the beaten path.
