Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. This stunning two story A-frame home overlooks the Sandy River in a private, gated community. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and a loft with a king size bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and a second full bathroom upstairs. Amenities include a full kitchen, TV, and WiFi. The living room and dining room are an open design that look out onto a deck with a view of the river. A large fireplace provides perfect winter ambience. Four downhill ski areas are 30-40 min. Kid and pet friendly.
