The stay was great, quiet, peaceful and charming. While being very attentive, Caz and Terry give guests their privacy in terms of accommodation with a fence if you come with your pet: very convenient. The setting is beautiful and will suit the whole family and couples or singles without children. We'll be sure to come back if we're in the Allier again, 30 minutes from Montluçon, excellent. We have just returned from a week at Brigette’s gite. It was absolutely stunning on arrival we could t believe how peaceful the area is and how stunning the property is with a fantastic view. The gite it self is beautiful with everything you could need. The beds are extremely comfy. There is also lots of info on local events available. We took an extra couple of fans as it was particularly hot week. This made the heated pool even more inviting. The pool is not directly outside of the property and you have to walk down through garden but once you are there it is stunning. You share the pool with Brigitte and her family but this is not an issue at all they are very respectful of your privacy. As a host Brigitte was on hand if you needed her but she also left you to it which was great. The area where the gite is very rural which suited us but there is nothing local to walk to, there is however lots of country walks straight from the property. Sébastien's house is a real show of tranquility. The games available (billiards, foosball, piano...) delighted everyone and allowed us to have a great time with the family. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor amenities (swimming pool, petanque court...) The 3 bathrooms are a real plus(+) when there are 6 of us👍 The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet little spot🥰

We had a great time! The accommodation was spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate our whole family. We particularly appreciated the hot tub, sauna and heated pool, which really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We were in peace without any cars or other traffic, not a single noise, perfect! Little slice of heaven in the heart of a sublime region. Everything was there: hospitality, advice, view, tranquility. No complaints! Perfect stay.

Refurbished and as described! Everything is well thought out: decoration, lighting system, bedding, cute little living room, kitchen amenities: it's perfect! Note a nice exterior too, ideal with children / teens. Definitely recommend!

Traveling for work, the accommodation allowed us to rest peacefully. Not having much time to visit the surroundings, I couldn't be of much help. The only small downside is that you have to plan to eat in the evening, as there are no restaurants in the area, but otherwise very pleasant accommodation.

Great weekend with friends in Pierre-Antoine's cottage! Communication was easy and Pierre-Antoine was very responsive and flexible to all our requests. The house is perfect for a weekend with friends in the countryside. Tastefully renovated, it is very well equipped and offers absolute comfort. Special mention for the bedding which is excellent! The garden is very nice and totally safe for the kids. I highly recommend Pierre-Antoine's house and we'll be happy to come back!

Located in the heart of a haven of peace, the house is very well-equipped and in particular the kitchen which is particularly pleasant. Sabine is a warm and welcoming host. It's ideal for a break in the heart of nature.

Lauren is a discreet but caring host. Very clean accommodation, the beds are made on arrival. The environment is conducive to relaxation. The house, garden, games barn and pond delighted the whole family. Berry is a beautiful region: 1 week is not enough!
