The main bedroom has a double bed and  a day bed that sleeps 2, a further small bedroom has a double bed and an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms and a living room with a wood burning stove.  A family kitchen, well equipped, gives the home a modern feel.  A large patio & garden for the long summer days and evenings relaxing in the French country sunshine.

Restored Gâtine house, located in a beautiful environment, quiet and on the edge of the "Thouet", enclosed courtyard and garden (110 m²) opening onto large grounds (fenced) with river. ideal for lovers of fishing and nature. Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Arnaud and Caroline are pleased to welcome you to their cottage in the heart of the Gâtinaise countryside. Located in a beautiful setting, quiet. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen (near the Thouet), couples or families. A key box is available for late check-ins. The pool is open from April to September (unheated but with a dome that allows the temperature to rise when the sun comes out).
