Monthly Rentals in Goudhurst

Christina’s Barn was the perfect British countryside stay. Our flights from the USA meant that we arrived at 9am and Christina was kind enough to arrange an early check in. We were welcomed with tea and cake which was gratefully received after a long journey. The barn is very comfortable, well appointed, clean, warm and has everything you could need and more. Much nicer than the photo’s. Lots of things to do locally, train to London is easy. You do need a car. Great host, great place to stay.

Absolutely magical! Myself, Vicki, and our cockapoo Roly had the most incredible 4-day stay at Toby and Kate’s beautiful pool shed in Kent. This is our third time there! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is stunning, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special again. The pool shed really is a hidden gem — beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, and surrounded by the most tranquil countryside. The pool itself was a total dream, and Roly had the best time exploring the garden and surrounding land (and occasionally stealing the spotlight himself!). Toby and Kate are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and full of local tips. They’ve truly created something magical here — a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and a touch of luxury. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return! Five stars just isn’t enough. Thank you for everything Toby and Kate. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindest regards xxx

Manor cottage was absolutely perfect for our Christmas getaway. Pristinely presented, super clean and tidy, and well equipped to cook and clean with all the utensils and crockery/cutlery and condiments too ☺️ The two living spaces were perfect for eating and socialising upstairs and going down into the snug to light a fire and snuggle under the blankets with the TV. The bathroom was beautiful and comfy with his and hers sinks and a beautiful bath and shower, and the bed was comfy too. Mike also decorated the cottage with a tree and lights, it was so thoughtful and tastefully presented. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and hope to return as there are lots of National Trust places nearby to explore (Scotney Castle was perfect on Boxing Day). Thank you for our stay in your idyllic cottage Mike we had a wonderful time ☺️

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Teapot Cottage. Nick is a great host and gave us suggestions for pubs and restaurants a week ahead of time so we could reserve. Check in was easy and the place was fresh, clean and modern. Nick also provided a really thoughtful selection of breakfast items and even a chocolate Easter egg. We slept well on the comfortable bed and enjoyed the peaceful location and birdsong. Our top tips: take a walk over nearby fields to spot deer, and visit Pashley Manor for the beautiful gardens (40,000 tulips until early May).
