Beautiful place, so comfortable. The accommodation has EVERYTHING you need for a very comfortable stay, spacious and well located. Safe and easy private parking and just as described. Can highly recommend and just wish we had stayed for longer. Thanks for hosting us.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

This chalet is a gem! fully renovated, spacious living room + incredible terrasse for sundowners, and all the equipment you need. Isérables is a very cute (and steep!) village, with La Tzoumaz and other fun alpine destinations not too far. Marine and Marc are great hosts. Thanks, and I will be back 😊

since we were already here last year, of course we already knew everything. For us, the few days were very relaxing again and we would come back anytime. the apartment is spread over 3 floors but that did not bother us. also that no TV is available, we can only see as an advantage. Sometimes away from everyday life and all the luxury stuff. There are plenty of other possibilities in Ticino. That's luxury enough. Thank you, gladly again.

Fabio is a great host, and provided accurate information at each step right from pre check-in until checkout, including local recommendations, itinerary etc. The house is exactly as described in the ad. It is very clean, and well maintained. It has very good heating with both gas heaters and air conditioning if needed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a selection of coffee and tea. The balcony offers a good view of the mountains around. The parking space is very convenient just next to the house. The house is conveniently located in a calm surrounding and is a short walk to lakeside, pastries and restaurants. Menaggio is also close to the swiss border, so lake Lugano is just a half hour drive. Overall, Fabio has made sure that the house provides a great stay experience. Highly recommended.

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. We had a fantastic time. Accommodation was tip top in order. In person, the apartment had even more to offer than in the photos. The bathroom has a perfectly working shower that you don't see in the photo, for example. Salon is spacious. Superb dining table. We said to each other, you could stay here perfectly. Karin is always available. The region is fantastic. It's the best of both worlds. The culinary aspect of Italy and the world-famous ski domain around Zermatt. Easy to reach from Valtournenche. In short, top in all areas. We will definitely come back!

One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time – the two of us were there for a week. Spacious place, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. In direct walking distance, everything is available (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Marc is an excellent host. On the one hand, the communication is fluid and quick and on the other hand the apartment is very nice and well located. Impeccable cleanliness.

Hello, first of all, I would like to thank Martin, who was great with us and he was friendly and helpful, and he was also cooperative, as he met our desires faster than lightning. Secondly, the place itself is beautiful for the dimension of a panoramic view of the magnificent Adelbodine Mountains. Great location! Right next to Sunnega lift. Easy walk to the main shopping and dining areas. View of Matterhorn from the window. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay with your friends and family surrounded by beautiful mountains views.

This was the perfect place for 2 couples. We wanted peaceful, relaxing and views- this house was perfect. It was too cold to use the pool but we enjoyed the view from the pool. The hottub was clean and felt good on the chilly mornings. Beds were comfy and had all the amenities. The neighborhood kitty cat was so sweet and visited us every evening. You do need a car to get around which we had. Cant wait to go back!!

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. We would recommend this stay to any big groups looking at a trip to Lake Como. Thank you Andrea.

Beautiful surroundings, post bus right at your doorstep. (This is how you can leave the car.) Large house, fully equipped with everything you need! Scorpions can be expected:-) very nice, large outdoor area. Mike was super friendly, will get back to you right away. Absolutely uncomplicated handover. We have enjoyed our holidays!

You won't get many better places in the world to wake up and open your doors to. It's spectacular. The lake appears quieter on this side. when put paddle boarding felt like you had the lake to yourself at times. Bellagio was in easy reach by car with lots of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of decent supermarkets. The public area by the water was used at the weekend but it didn't stop us doing anything.

The stay was amazing with a huge house to stay perfect for a family of 10. the only issue we had was the pool which was not usable as it was with cold and dirty water. The location mentioned on Airbnb was completely wrong because of which we drove to wrong location And had to drive for one extra hour.

Loved our stay in Menaggio! The house was great and we felt right at home. It was clean, tidy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and sent the house manager within 20 minutes to help with something. After seeing the different towns in Lake Como, Menaggio was 100% the best to stay in. The town is so cute and felt a bit more spacious with less tourists compared to the others. A good amount of delicious restaurant options and a quick walk to the ferry. The house was exactly what we needed and the pictures do a good job showing what it is like. It is up on a hill with a convenient walking path to the town. Down to town was an easy 5 minutes, getting back to the house was a true uphill but only took 8 minutes and we really enjoyed the walk back after dinner. The views of the lake/town from the house and on the walk are breathtaking. We also had a car that we parked near the house easily with their parking pass.
