Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Goodyear Lake

My 3 friends and I stayed here while attending Mountain Jam and felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the living room, dining area and back porch. The kitchen was well-supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. Their property is so beautiful and the apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos. It is a garage apartment offering complete privacy. It was just a 15-20 minute drive from Belleayre. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved staying at this home in Bovina. It’s perfectly situated on the main street in town, with a small general store within walking distance. The design of the space was thoughtful and well-curated, and there are lots of useful tools in the kitchen for cooking a meal. Would definitely stay here again, and make restaurant reservations downstairs far in advance!

Eileen’s directions to get in could not have been easier. The place was spacious, quiet , and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with and that we did! We came as a last minute trip. The deck out back was great. and use of the grill was a plus, the honor store out back was perfect for our cooking needs. Had some pastries from the cafe on Saturday morning and were delicious. It also was so wonderful to see so many in the community meet there on Saturday mornings, such a wonderful meeting space you have created in a world with anxiety filling news the laughter coming up reassured me there are still strong communities filled with people that care for one another.

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

Great spot to get out of the city for a few days. Perfect location for us as it was very close to friends we were visiting in the area. Walkable to a local coffee shop, cafe, deli/market, wine store, and gas station. The apt was very clean, bright, and had a wonderful historic charm to it. Very quiet, even for being on the main street. Highly recommend staying here for a central location to lots of lovely small towns, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, beautiful drives, and good local food. Jen and Caroline gave us great instructions and there was plenty of info in the apt when we got there on how to use the locks, lights, and whatnot.

Cheri’s place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I got in later than expected and was greeted by homemade pumpkin bread! If you stay, be sure to check out the bakery across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is within walking distance of Main street and many restaurants. Perfect location!

The apartment was very comfortable. The fresh eggs and other breakfast items were a great surprise. The location was perfect for let us get away from Dreams Park between games. Our daughters had a great time feeding the animals and jumping on the trampoline.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

What a gem. Tucked away in woods, this house was just what we needed. Tranquil, gorgeous, homey, and a perfect reset. My dog loved exploring the grounds, while I admired the beautiful mountain view. It was a little chillier than expected when we arrived but host sent directions for food recs and suggested we take advantage of the fireplace, which we did. Everything was very easy to find in the kitchen and bathroom, and my bedroom was cozy. Loved it very much, and would stay again.

This home is a great retreat in the Catskills, it feels intimate while still having the space for you and other guests. Would visit again!

Beautiful space. Amazing countryside vibes. Fun hike down to the waterfall, great kitchen for cooking and a fun night in. There was lots of quaint stuff to do in nearby Middleburgh: thrifting, diners, 50s milkshake bar, antique book stores, hikes, breweries, and more. We loved that there was so many towels for the sauna and swimming. One note: give yourself a lot of time for the sauna to heat up. Instructions were clear and they gave us lots of local recs. Also LOVED the hammocks -- lots of cozy nooks to hang for a chill girls weekend. We might be back again! A great stay.

Excellent location with private pond. This home was truly built for a family gathering. Wonderful entertaining spaces, large fireplace with an expansive kitchen to cook in. There is a large game room with board games to suite all ages, billiards, croquet, and a small row boat for fun.

Exceptional stay at Samantha’s property. Perfect for exploring Fly Creek and Cooperstown. The backyard was stunning - we loved playing games, relaxing, and wading in the water. Would definitely stay again!

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. My partner and I felt safe and visited some food recommendations. We highly recommend mornings! And We hope to go back! Paul was truly an amazing and responsive host

Ranki was fantastic, great communication, the condo was beautiful, very well equipped, inviting, and feels like home, everything you need, "Bring only your toothbrush" is the truth! Great views of WM, the walking to and from the lodge is KEY! Brand new deck, heated boot shelves, new kitchen, all hits with my family! We will be back! Thanks Randi!!

good location

I had a wonderful weekend staying in Joe’s airbnb. It was conveniently located to the town of Windham, waterfalls, swimming holes and a short drive to Zoom Flume. The place was equipped with everything needed and was spotless. We certainly enjoyed barbecuing on the deck and going into hot tub after a long day of hiking. We will definitely love to come back in the winter to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view.

We worked through a bit of calendar scheduling snafu quickly. Scott was accommodating, proactive, and responsive. The condo was in a great location, maintained well, and clean. We very much enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. Thank you!

Kelli is a fantastic and responsive host. The place is as amazing as shown in photos. Great location to Windham Ski resort and local restaurants. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. It’s perfect for a family winter weekend trip!

Cute house in ski area. 4min away from slopes. Very convenient. Everything in the house is as described. (We were excited to try the outdoor sauna *in theory* but it was freezing outside- lol) FYI there are level 2 car chargers at the ski mountain (need adapter for Tesla) and a level 3 Tesla charging station 30min away.

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops.
