Vacation rentals with lake access in Goodyear Lake

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

Guillermo’s property was exactly as advertised. Sits on a beautiful lake with picturesque surroundings and home itself is very comfortable. The place was immaculate and well supplied with amenities. Guillermo was a great host who recommended a local restaurant that turned it to be exactly what we were looking for. The home is about 20 minutes from Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cooperstown is a cute community with GREAT local restaurants and shopping. We loved our lunch at Cooley’s and breakfast at Cooperstown Diner - it’s TINEY so the earlier you get there the better. Lastly, if you are a baseball fan, I can’t recommend the Hall of Fame enough! It was an amazing experience… One in which we would not hesitate to revisit.

Our family vacation at this Airbnb was a truly tranquil getaway! Upon arrival, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean the house was. It was perfectly set up for our group, providing everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook large family meals effortlessly, and we loved bonding over fun board games and the pool table downstairs. Every morning was made special by waking up to brew fresh coffee while gazing out over the serene lake. The house featured cozy mood lighting throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we felt rested each day. With multiple fireplaces, ample seating, and blankets available everywhere, it felt like a true home away from home. This stay was exactly what we needed for a perfect family vacation. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oquaga Lake is my happy place! Twin Oaks is a beautiful and spacious cottage. The porch and the docks are fantastic. We were able to swim and enjoy the paddleboards and kayaks. The water was warm by Oquaga Lake standards! I was very impressed with how well supplied the cottage was. From paper products to cooking utensils and appliances to bath and beach towels, there was everything we needed. It exceeded my expectations. Karen was responsive and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

We had a nice stay with Cora, who is so kind and helpful. We had some issues with the portable AC units and the front door lock but, she took care of it very quickly. It was the perfect place to stay for move in day. Thanks, Cora!

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

We loved the peaceful tranquillity of Pyramid house. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We got to experience a lot of nature and a range of spring time weather there. We were cozy by the fire on the cooler nights and enjoyed the gentle breezes on the sunny days. It was our favorite spring break stay in years! Seeing deer, ducks, geese and turkeys was so fun for our kiddos. The house having an array of books and art to enjoy was a top bonus for me. We’d love to stay again in the future!

We spent a week at Laura's and loved the snow and quiet. It's definitely a drive to the main nearby towns, but the countryside is lovely. We know the area well and enjoyed checking out something new. The lakeside community was empty in the winter, but it seems like it would feel busier in summer. Nice kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, hot showers, and cozy spaces to be together. Couldn't ask for more!

My wife and I stayed here last year for the first time and we came back again this year because we really liked this place. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and well kept and the 3 bedrooms gave us more than enough space for our needs. They even let our cat stay here which most places won't allow. We really liked the location, the park like property, and being within walking distance to the town pool and the local deli. Thank you again Mustafa and Olena for a wonderful stay!

Great place near Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame visit and overnight stop. Many thoughtful touches. Very cute decor!

Bernie was a great host. He met us to greet us and check us in and show us around the place because it is a little unique. The house is wonderful and oozes with history. There are a couple things about the set up of the unit to be aware of. The kitchen is completely enclosed within the house so there are no windows and no way to exhaust fumes - just be aware of this so you do not unwittingly set off the smoke alarm and disturb the neighbors in adjacent units. Also, the door to the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms within the cottage unit doesn't lock, so you will need to come up with a system to alert your travel partners when someone is using the bathroom to avoid walking in on each other. Other than those two points for awareness, though, everything else is great. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the linens are pristine, the kitchen has everything you need, and the house is right by Otsego Lake and only a block from Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Francine and Vince were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provided many suggestions for local places to visit. The location was perfect for us since we were in town to watch our son play baseball. We were close to both All-Star Village and Dreams, which was perfect. The lake was also beautiful. My husband and I had a great time during our stay.

The apartment was located in a great area and was walkable to downtown and the restaurants. Once we arrived, we didn't have to move the car.

Paul is the best host I have ever communicated with through Airbnb. He is extremely responsive and keeps a very clean place. Will be staying here for years to come.

I stayed here with my two sons 7yo and 4yo and we had a blast. We didn't get to take advantage of the lake activities because it unfortunately snowed (in April) so we switched gears and just enjoyed cozy indoor time within this tiny gem of a home with it's fireplace, a few movies on the large TV, some time in the hot tub and ran around in the huge yard. Just what my kids needed to get away from NYC. Kitchen is small and definitely requires some pre-planning... Luckily I accounted for the mini fridge space and brought lots of nonperishable foods (but Dariusz did mention earlier in the day that we should stop at a grocery store to avoid any surprises as well) Used their grill and kitchen and even made a quick firepit s'mores activity with the kiddos. Overall a memorable few days with my two sons and I hope to come back here on the next DAdventure we have.

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

What a wonderful place—cozy, warm, and incredibly inviting. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even texting us weather updates when it started snowing to make sure we were safe. Their thoughtfulness really stood out. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of coming back in the summer to experience the beautiful countryside in a different season. A solid 10/10—highly, highly recommend!

Incredible location right on the lake and within a short drive to Cooperstown. Comfortable and cozy and the views are priceless. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch watching the sunrise while relaxing by the fire pit as the moon rose over the lake. The home had comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was beautiful with all the amenities. Nothing was lacking. There was even firewood provided for the firepit. The town of Cooperstown is like being transported back in time immersed with baseball nostalgia with cool shops and scrumptious dining. The hiking at Glimmerglass State Park was nice too. We had an absolute wonderful time and plan to return. Thanks Michele for allowing us to stay at your amazing lakeside home.

Our second time staying at this perfect property. Interior design, size and functionality, attention to detail, location, energy, vibes, all of it..as good as it gets. We love this home. Debra and Mike were great hosts and have created a very warm, inviting and comfortable place for those seeking to explore the Catskills. It's a home away from home! There's a grill available which we made great use of, a fire pit to enjoy nature and star gazing, and their two dogs Luna and Roxy are extremely friendly. Highly recommend their place!

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!

I rented this house for my grooms folks at my wedding. It was such a relaxing place to come back to after all the stresses of planning and participating in a wedding, and my entire group enjoyed it immensely. Myles was incredibly helpful and a great host. Highly recommended!
