We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect for skiing at Belleayre and accessing restaurants as well as other activities. The space is very clean and perfectly appointed. Charlie was always proactive at communicating and available if anything arose. 4-Wheel drive is necessary in the winter - snow removal was always very prompt. We had a great stay and would absolutely go back.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Loved this stay! The weather wasn’t great during our time but the place was so cozy and we were able to use the wood stove. We appreciated the fresh baked goods, and all of the other snacks and treats supplied- it was probably the most well stocked airbnb we’ve ever been to. There was plenty of recommendations in the area, in a binder provided. We loved the open floor plan and will definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

I enjoyed my stay at Rick’s place. The check in was smooth with no issues. The place was really quiet and good for a weekend getaways. I would suggest to everyone looking for a weekend getaway from busy life to enjoy the stay at Rick’s place. I would come back again in near future.

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

Randi is very easy to communicate with - she is super responsive and friendly. The house is close to Colgate- made running back and forth very easy. The house is peaceful, really well stocked with all your kitchen needs plus plenty of towels etc., all very clean, comfortable, neat and uncluttered, and in such a lovely setting, right on the lake. Highly recommend!

The house is extremely comfortable. The open living area is cozy but large with high ceilings and a tv area, dining area and stools at the kitchen bar. We did not feel on top of each other. The gas fireplace is so nice in the winter and gives off heat as well as creates ambiance. The bedrooms are great with very comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Overall adorable cabin in the Catskills right off of 28 so you can easily get to other areas like skiing and dining. We would definitely come back!

2nd time staying here. Love the location and charm of the home. Great escape from NYC offering all you need - huge and well stocked kitchen, warm cozy fireplace, and great property/outdoor space.

We had a great time this weekend at Jennifer's place. Everything was clean. The house and the backyard were so spacious. We had four kids and four adults, and everyone found something they loved about this place. The Birch Creek in the backyard was my favorite. It was much bigger than I expected. Drinking coffee in the morning by the bench listening to the creek water flowing was heaven. We enjoyed hiking, walking around the nearby lake, and playing games around the firepit. It was a perfect family vacation.

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

I travel a lot and I have a particular passion for the Catskills and this location was top of the list of all places I have visited in this Area. We tried our best to be great guests and we cleaned up after ourselves as best we could, so that we may be allowed to visit again in the summer and hopefully many future visits… Thanks again Susanna for sharing your wonderful and amazing lake house…

We wanted to take our grandsons, ages 6 and 10, both baseball fans, to the Hall of Fame. This property offered close proximity to Cooperstown but in a more rural setting. We had a great time here at the house. The setting with the expansive backyard and the creek was much more than expected. While we were not able to enjoy the numerous exterior amenities due to weather we found plenty to do with those amenities (games, tv and internet) provided in the house. The house itself was a comfortable environment with many nice decorative touches. The towels, dishes, cookware and variety of appliances were more than expected. Everyone, including the boys, thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Our host Samantha provided useful information prior to the visit and answered all inquiries promptly.
