Loved it. Playing tennis from sunset to 5am (floodlights). Bbq on the terrace. Rooms were clean. Everything about this place was perfect. We even got some tasty baked goods every morning delivered to our door Easy to get ubers and uber eats. All the boys had a great time and want to go again. Its a great villa to just chill in, you dont get bored. Loved every minute.

Me, my husband and our kitty feel very welcome in the house. Rosa was very polite and friendly. The house is very spacious, ventilated and sunshine. There is a wooded area in the back, great for those who like nature. The weekly cleaning is excellent.

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

The place was very nice and corresponded to the photos, the communication on the day of check-in was somewhat problematic because we arrived earlier but they allowed us to stay even though it was not the time. It is close to the train in a quiet area, you can park the car in the driveway, there is a nice patio and the house just like the photos and it is equipped with everything you can get to live the days you stay, we really liked it.

Great apartment! We came to Porto for the first time and stayed in this cute apartment for 3 days together. We really liked the apartment. Compact, clean, cozy. The furniture is new, everything is comfortable. This apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. It has everything you need. We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the stadium. One evening, there was a football match at this stadium - a pleasant surprise. A few steps away is a huge supermarket: you can buy everything there. Sara allowed us to check in earlier than the agreed time and check out later. We are very grateful to Sarah for her understanding and kind attitude towards her guests. Definitely recommended!

We rented this place for my mom and dad to stay at while they were visiting us in Porto. We live a short walk away so it was the perfect location. This is a quiet local neighborhood outside the main area of the city. The metro is a 10 minute walk but you are 5 minutes walk from a bus stop with multiple lines. You can be at Trindade in ~20 mins with either option. You are a 20 minute walk to the mall or Estadio do Dragao.

Correct performance in all respects to the past listing. I would recommend this place to my relationships without hesitation.

beautiful, quiet place, with several river beaches very close, with Porto next door, well connected to nice places to visit( Castelo de Paiva, Arouca...., Pedorico, O Douro...) Everything met expectations. everything is very clean, great host and spectacular co-host in the deal. recommended place to be in contact with nature and if you want with the city. it is very worth it.

Great stay in Porto. The quality of the services offered has largely contributed to this. Matches the photos. Fully equipped, including wifi, great light, underground parking space, impeccable and punctual welcome from José Carlos for the key exchange (set a specific time). It should also be noted that the management platform was very responsive and replaced the 2 kitchen stoves within an hour of our complaint. The apartment is very quiet. There is a supermarket with cafeteria (Pingo Doce) 300 m away. The parking lot of this supermarket was equipped with a terminal where we could recharge our electric vehicle. To get to Porto center and visit the historic district, take the bus (line 600) "Rua do Amial" stop, 5-minute walk, and get off at the "Aliados" stop next to Sao Bento train station. It is also possible to take the metro (line D) "Hospital Sao Joa" stop, a 15-minute walk, which leads to the train station. A big thank you to GuestReady.

It all looked great and Pedro responded immediately to our questions. It went very smoothly. I was near a park and a small but complete supermarket. There was little else to do. To have a nice meal, we always went into the city. Easily accessible by metro and Uber. We loved our stay in Porto!

6 of us stayed 5 nights in Joana’s apartment last week. It was a perfect set up for two couples and two teenage kids. Joana is extremely responsive to any questions and even provided me with a product she doesn’t usually keep at the apartment that I asked about. She went over and above to make us feel comfortable and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. She met us on check-in and did a quick overview of Porto but was very cognizant of our having traveled overnight so tried to make it short. We went to 2 restaurants she recommended both of which were terrific. Having a washer (and dryer which you don’t always see in Europe) was great. We would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The apartment is a delight from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home. Great bathroom with amazing rain shower and hot water. Bedroom and kitchen and living areas are all well presented and equipped with all you need and with lots of additional touches. Very quiet for sleeping, and great air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Great location to explore Porto, and don’t even have to walk very far at all, including a great cafe next door, to find lovely eating places. Pedro was a wonderful host in every way.

The apartment was just like the pictures. It was a 5 minutes walk into the heart of old town. It was very quiet at night, even with the windows open. It is up a short, steep street, and on the 3rd floor (and there is no lift) so be prepared to get some exercise. We thought the location was great, and there was everything we needed in the apartment.

Lovely stay by the seaside especially great for morning running. Sightseeing in historic Porto via Metro or taxi journeys. We divided our time between the two. Accomodation/building was quiet.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Very nice apartment for 2 people, with all amenities - towels, shampoo, soap, coffee maker, washing machine, iron. Very nice and helpful host, showed us on the map of Porto places worth visiting, answered all questions on an ongoing basis - very good contact. The apartment is located 500 m from the beach, in a very good communication point (metro, buses). I highly recommend it.

The apartment is currently under renovation and we have been given the one downstairs, which is similar but with a large terrace. The apartment is still new, comfortable and very clean. From May 22 to 29, with my wife and son, we stayed in this apartment equipped with every comfort, all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are new. All linens, bed and bath, were available and perfect. Comfortable and large double bed In addition, the house has perfect and fast Wi-Fi and two new air conditioners The accommodation is located near Campanha, in a quiet area and the condominium is very quiet. David was kind and helpful, answering our questions immediately A stay to be repeated definitely... Highly recommended. The apartment is very beautiful and in a great central area. We went everywhere by foot. The communication with Daniel was perfect, he is very nice and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay there.
