The property is 25 minutes from the center of Porto. Beautiful beaches (sea and river) 12 minutes away. Surf Schools. Aerodrome and Aero Clube de Espinho.Jardim Zoo. Braga, Aveiro, Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, Guimarães, Vila do Conde, Póvoa do Varzim and Paiva Passadiços are about 1 hour away, allowing you to know and sleep in the accommodation on the same day. Sta. Maria da Feira has the Medieval Fair, the Perlim and the Multiuse Center. Grijó is on the Way to Santiago and Fatima.

Lovely apartment with a patio

This is a calm and elegant place perfect for relaxing. Here you will be in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This a residential part of the city and it's just a bus ride away from the city center. We are close to Porto and the city park "Parque Oriental da Cidade", in Azevedo de Campanhã (Rua do Meiral) but we have our own green park. Once per week, the flat will be cleaned and the bed and bathroom linen will be changed. We don't have a washing machine but we have a laundry service.

Measuring approximately 60m2, the house has two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed. Max. 4-6 guests. Everything was built and designed to maintain a country house decor, focused on comfort and details. 1500 m2 of private property, with swimming pool, garden and outdoor area. Whether it's relaxing under the river bank next to the house, sunbathing in the pool area, in the deck dining/leisure area, at a meal with the grill or in pure contemplation anywhere on the property.
