Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gondomar

We had a great stay in Porto. Very nice flat with beautiful views. Large rooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately we weren't lucky with the weather so spent our days in the centre, easy and cheap access by taxi. Food shop is 15 minutes walk from the flat, there is large selection of everything including fresh fish. I definitely recommend this flat and hope to be back.

We very much like the stay. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. It has a lot of natural light, utensils for everything and more, and is in a very nice area, with wonderful walkways within a 5-minute walk. David and Marta welcomed us very warmly and were always available to us. I highly recommend it. I will certainly be back 🤗

The hosts were amazing! they made sure we will feel at home from the first day. took care of any issue that came by. they brought us fresh bread every morning. the surrounding is really magical. the only thing that was a bit sucks was the washing machine and the dryer. it was in a different structure with 1 min walk and when the weather is raining its not that easy. other than that everything was fine!

When the wildfires created anxiety and uncertainty about our stay in Casa Rustica, Elisabete took care of everything; she provided a safe haven until there was no further risk in the Rossas area. Thank you so much, Elisabete, you did everything to reassure us and make us comfortable. As for Casa Rustica, it's absolutely wonderful - gorgeous pool, Jacuzzi, relaxing living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen; the garden is lush with fruit and there are beautiful views from the balconies. Thanks to Sandra, too, for a great show-around and providing on-the-spot help if needed. In a nutshell, all fab!

Margarida was very kind as well as the lady who attended us in the chek in. The site was equipped and extra clean. The metro is 2min from the apartment and there is a small mall nearby. The best is the market that is about 200m away. It is easy to go the touristic part of Porto using the metro (15 min). I definitely recommend it!

Helena is an excellent host, giving us all the information about the property, as well as the city information. The property is extremely well located, near the cafeteria, supermarket, public transportation. Super recommend it.

I wanted to thank Isabel, the person who takes care of the accommodation and the welcome. Very friendly, welcoming and which made it easy for me to arrive whenever possible. The apartment perfectly matches the description, all the rooms are quite spacious, small bonus every morning had fresh bread delivered to your home. Not far from the roads, not far from the center and a supermarket 5 minutes away by car. Pleasant stay in a quiet area. Apartment where I would even say small house ideal for couple with children or friends. I would highly recommend this property.

We didn’t want to leave! The house, gardens and pool were exactly what we were looking for to relax. We spent so much time wandering through the gardens and watching cruise ships pass by on the river. Rui was very attentive and made us feel at home. We want to visit again!!

Thank you so much for this stay at yours! It was amazing, we had a great time. The teenagers have plenty of memorable memories. Everything is beautiful, with small relaxation areas everywhere. The accommodation is really wonderful, and there are small touches everywhere (blanket, port, firewood etc.). Communication with Sofia was perfect (even though we didn't get a chance to see each other). Sofia was able to find us and book a restaurant for 12, close to the accommodation. Lots of little tips. Beautiful old apartment in the outskirts of Porto. Plenty of space. Porto city center is accessible by bus (10 min from Campanha station, stop 200 m from the accommodation). André and Ana were very responsive and accommodating given our delay.

We had a great time at Carolina's house. The house is even better than what was reflected in the photos. Very quiet house, spacious and perfect for rest, very good views, and very close to Porto for any way out you want to do. Everything was in perfect order and Carolina was very flexible on the check-out time. Definitely recommend to friends, we have already done it, and home to repeat without a doubt. Thank you!

This villa exceeded our expectations, and was well appointed to accommodate our needs. We were two families totally 4 adults and 4 kids, and the size was perfect. Outdoor amenities were great, including pool, bathhouse, picnic and barbecue area. The property was very private, and there was a Marina Bar next door that has great food (the burger is one of the best I've had). The only two downsides, which didn't impact my rating was that the wifi didn't work well (I had my own hotspot, and you might want to disconnect) and the beds are firm (seems common in Portugal, because we had a very similar experience at another place). We were looking for a place that was central to northern Portugal, and this worked out great (less then 30 mins to Porto). Being right on the Duro river was very relaxing. We were also able to experience folk dancing (rancho) next door at the marina one night, which was a great cultural experience.

The stay at Pedro's house was perfect. Everything as in the photos, beds were confortable, kitchen was really well equipped and the pool si awesome. It might not be in the center but it was easy and cheap to move with Uber. I recommend it.

We spend a week here in December. Host was very friendly and helpful. The place very cozy, clean and accurately described on the Airbnb site. Would absolutely recommend this listing.

The house is located in a quiet area, great for resting or even for enjoying a little party. We like many days we stayed. Great space, fully equipped kitchen, pool and large room with fireplace if it is in the winter. Ana is a very good and helpful person. Super recommend to feel this home experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely old house that perfectly suited our family holiday. The pool was brilliant for the kids to thrash around in and the outdoor cooking area was great too. It's in a nice area - quiet and not very touristy, but also slightly out-of-the-way. So having the hire car was very useful.
