You will be awakened by the songs of the birds while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city center (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).

The 20 - Pleasant townhouse

Townhouse of about 50 m2 with an open living room with living room, kitchen and dining room; a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200), a second bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190) with wardrobe and desk; a shower room with toilet. Ideal geographical location, it is located 1.5 kilometers from the city center of Angoulême. Towels and bed linen provided for the stay.

The Farm

Lovely 147 m2 renovated farmhouse, very charming and spacious, in a calm and peaceful setting. The farmhouse is a gîte with its own fully-equipped kitchen, terrace and all necessary comforts. The 2 heated swimming pools (paddling pool and normal pool) are shared by all 5 gîtes.

This stylish place to stay is good for groups. A large living room of 60 m2, 4 bedrooms including one with shower room and a very large 38 m2, plus an additional shower room. Note the presence of a cat, which however lives outside and rarely shows up when the house is rented.
