Our gîte is beautiful, functional, large kitchen, large living room, each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. The location of the Mandraud gîte, 5 hectares, fenced, countryside location with the village accessible on foot, you will find all the shops, bar, restaurant, grocery store, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, local products, etc. From the swimming pool, direct access to the boules court... chicken coop and vegetable garden... walking path around the property... we are on site for services and information.

We are now classed 2**. Discover a comfortable, fully equipped cottage with old time charm in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Félix. If you are looking for calm and the real experience of the Quercy countryside with its beautiful landscapes, it is an ideal location to escape from the bustle of city life. The Fermette of Golden Grains

This small "Tradou" where the grapes were sorted in daylight behind the glass windows is set on a hectare of land between fields and woods. Bordered by the Tarn where you can enjoy magnificent canoe rides, several departure sites including one 100 m from La Fermette will be offered. As well as cultural visits to prestigious sites such as the cloister and tympanum of the Abbey of Moissac (UNESCO classified), Ingres Bourdelle Museum, Soulage Museum... Domaine de France is on the border of Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and Tarn at the foot of the picturesque, bastide town of Penne d'Agenais. This Artisan town has heaps of beauty and history to explore, everyone must visit. It has an amazing Basilica situated at the very top offering the best views you could imagine. Penne d'Agenais has been voted a most beautiful village in France and boasts several authentic restaurants, including one with Vegetarian menu options.

Charming cottage with private pool & closed garden

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

White stone cottage in Quercy located in the countryside, near the very pretty village of Roquecor. The stone house has a private terrace with a separate swimming pool, deck chairs, barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture, a living room (sofa bed + TV), an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker), a bathroom with shower (washing machine), separate toilet, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds + 1 folding extra bed.

"The country house of Mazelet" is located in the middle of a ground of one and a half hectare, trees, allowing to stroll and to spread there in the shade of the trees. Equipped as a family home, you will enjoy as much from the inside as from the outside. The house has a fireplace (closed hearth) with a system that blows hot air into each room. Wood is at your disposal.
