I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

Welcome to the Beach Suite! Cozy up in this private in-law unit on the border of Sea Cliff and Richmond. 10 minute walk to China Beach and Lands End hike. 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Park! All the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the hectic parts of the city. Great restaurants nearby and public transportation less than a block away. Dogs are welcomed! This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.
