The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Living area has TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and stereo system. Outside the house there is ample parking for cars and boats, private rear yard and large deck including BBQ. The yard has area for children and pets to play including a basket ball ring. We live in the two other buildings and love to share this unusual accommodation with guests. It's a 5 - 10 minutes walk into the shopping area and cafes. Please note: Although the buildings are relatively close, your semi enclosed verandah provides privacy and the double glazed windows and mature garden add to the serenity.
