Beautiful get away very close to the beach, can hear waves sound in the night. Lots of games available which the kids loved. Will definitely stay again

I had a wonderful stay at Margot’s tiny house! The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely incredible—even with a bit of rain, it made for a unique and memorable experience. Margot was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. And a special mention to Blue, the sweetest doggie, who made my stay even better. I’d definitely recommend Margot’s place to anyone looking for a charming and unforgettable getaway!

I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

The house was clean and is in a beautiful location. Lan was very responsive and proactive in making our stay as comfortable as possible, overall a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen and Rob’s place. They maintain the house in excellent condition, and it is equipped with everything we needed. Rob welcomed us enthusiastically upon our arrival. The location is beautiful and quiet, and our family enjoyed a great time in the house, which has a river view and a private jetty for fishing. We look forward to visiting again!

Clean, not far from the beach. There is a general store (Foodworks) round the corner that provides basic amenities and some food. Easy walk to the beach. It's a lovely comfortable place to stay. We had all we needed in the home, telescope and toys for kids were a nice touch. There is a long bath indoors and outdoors which is a hit with the kids. Fair warning, there were a lot of flies, not something that the host can control and it's what you do get living at the beach. They get in when you open the doors so do be quick. Maybe bring a fly swatter if you find using fly spray/ elastic bands to not be your choice of weapon. We managed to take out over 30 flies indoors but it's a constant battle. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and will come back again.

This cottage was a lovely get away and just what our family needed. We have a border collie pup who loved hanging in the yard watching the animals. Our son loved collecting firewood for the fire pit! We didn’t stay long enough to explore the short walk to the beach, we’d come back again just to have out at Eagle Point. Kate was amazing, approving an additional night stay at the last minute!

We had an amazing stay at Rose's beautiful home in Paynesville. From the moment we arrived, they were warm and welcoming hosts, making us feel completely at home. The house itself was cosy, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of the water—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our trip was kayaking at sunrise right from the property, an unforgettable experience made even better by the fact that Rose and Rob kindly let us use their kayaks. If you're looking for a peaceful stay with wonderful hosts and breathtaking waterfront views, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Ben's place was just what we needed to relax and enjoy the lovely surrounds. comfy beds, lots of outdoor space to chill. The place is full the usual home comforts so it feels welcome. Beautiful beach a very short walk. Highly recommend.
