Everything about ShLee's home was great! it worked very well for our family of 5 with 2 kids 2 and under! The location was perfect with lots to do close by. ShLee was very communicative and responded very quickly any time I had a question! The home was clean and as described! It had everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool as well! We would highly recommend staying here!

Dustin was very responsive, the house was well stocked, the house felt like a home, and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beautiful quiet and very clean. My dogs loved the back yard. Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood every morning. She loved it.

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

located in the outskirts of town. home was clean, new linens, small amount of stocked items and food. neighborhood was respectful and quiet. only small issue was the shower head water pressure, one was very hard, while the other one drizzled.

Prefect location for our work conference! Felt like a great location to still get around to all the fun activities without being in the middle of the city. Would definitely return on our next trip to the Phoenix area.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.

We enjoy our stay at Marcus’s place. Marcus was super responsible, quick responder and he gave us a thorough instruction after he knew that we would arrive late in the night. This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
