Если вы ищете место для отдыха семьей или с детьми в дали от городского шума и суеты, определенно это место для вас. При желании до всех тусовок Бодрума 35 минут на машине. Дом расположен в огороженном коттеджном городке, крупные супермаркеты в доступности 5 минут пешком, на территории есть свой небольшой магазин. Снаружи дома доступна барбекю зона. Отдельно стоит отметить что в июле были перебои с водоснабжением в районе 16,00-18,00, не критично если знать когда это происходит.

Замечательная тихая уютная вилла в 10 минутах от Марины , есть все удобства , дружелюбные хозяева . Очень понравилось еще вернемся

Bayram tatilini geçirmek için ailecek konakladık. Ev müthiş derecede temiz ve yeniydi. Fikret Bey en ince ayrıntıları bile düşünmüştü. Mutfakta filtre kahve makinasına kadar her şeyin olmasının dışında, temel yiyecek maddeleri de hazır bekliyordu. Evde aklınıza gelebilecek her şey mevcuttu. İçerisinde arabanızı park edebileceğiniz otoparkı, havuzu ile tam anlamıyla dört dörtlük imkanlara sahip. Evin, Bodrum'un kalabalığından uzak, tam mahremiyet sunan, huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil geçirebileceğiniz bir konumda. Bir taraftan otogara diğer taraftan da Yalı çiftlik plajına arabayla 10 dakikadan daha az bir sürede gidebiliyorsunuz. Hemen yürüyüş mesafesinde Migros, A101 gibi tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz marketler mevcut. Yaklaşık 15-20 dakika içerisinde de Bodrum Merkeze gidebilirsiniz. Biz her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Nisan ayında dört arkadaş konakladık, çok temiz güzel dekore edilmiş konforlu ve keyifli bir ev. Mutfak olağanüstü donanımlı ve temiz. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey kolaylıkla bulabiliyor ve en altında. Çok keyifli bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Sonraki ziyaretlerimde uygun olduğu sürece başka bir yer bakabileceğimi sanmıyorum . Es ist eine Wow-Unterkunft wegen der bezaubernden Aussicht. Sie genießen vom jeden Aussichtspunkt das Meer, den Himmel und den Berg mit weißen Villen bebaut. Ein malerisches Erlebnis ist beim Aufwachen morgens und beim Sonnenuntergang abends ist für 200% garantiert. Noch dazu großer Schwimming-Pool, Barbecue-Zone und schöne Terrasse mit gemütlichen Möbel. Man muss aber nicht vergessen, das ohne das Auto ein großer Teil der Mobilität wegen der Lage der Villa geht verloren. Wir haben es keine Sekunde bereut diese Unterkunft zu gebucht zu haben. Der Gastgeber Yaman ist absolut entgegenkommender Mensch, super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a fantastic two weeks at this lovely villa in Bodrum. The property was very spacious, for two adults and two kids, well-maintained, and comes with all the appliances required. Air con in every room, the fridge is a great size, the washing machine was ideal and the internet was great! Closest beach is a 10 min walk away. The public section is very small, but the private sunbeds were only 200 tl each and offered waiter service from cafe. Small supermarket (Migros Jet) is only 5 mins walk which we used a few times. We hired a car and had no trouble parking, on the road outside, during the day. The views over the bay are amazing! There is a nightclub near the beach, which can be noisy at the weekends, but it was not a problem for us sleeping.

The place was amazing for the kind of stay we were looking for. They offered more than what we had imagined while we were there and were also extremely helpful in recommending places for us to go to, make the bookings as well as organise groceries and taxis. Would most definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again in the future myself.

Die Villa hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass die Villa in Wirklichkeit noch schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, wie besonders dieser Ort ist. Das Auto kann man bequem auf dem für einen reservierten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus abstellen. Die Aussicht über die Stadt ist atemberaubend – man hat das Gefühl, sie liegt einem zu Füßen. Der Garten ist fantastisch, das Haus stilvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet. Das Geschirr und der Esstisch sind sehr elegant, und die Wanduhr hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Drei Tage waren definitiv zu kurz. Vielen Dank an Herrn Ali für seine Gastfreundschaft – ich komme im Juli ganz bestimmt wieder!

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Séjour absolument parfait : la villa est magnifique, impeccable, spacieuse et entièrement équipée, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La réalité est encore mieux que sur les photos. Le sauna et le hammam nous ont permis de nous relaxer le soir. L’ascenseur dans la maison facilite les déplacements. Même si nous sommes relativement jeunes, nous l’avons utilisé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, loin de chez nous, pendant ce court séjour à Bodrum. Mon mari et moi avons voyagé à Bodrum en guise de repérage, et nous reviendrons à la villa avec nos enfants et notre famille au mois d’août. Nous recherchions un environnement confortable et chaleureux, capable d’accueillir un grand groupe. Avec ses 7 chambres et ses nombreuses terrasses, chacun pourra profiter de son propre espace. L’hospitalité de Tatiana a été excellente.

Ahmet ist der hilfsbereiteste Vermieter, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe! Wir waren zu 7t (2 Familien) in Ahmets Haus- mit der schönsten Aussicht auf Bodrum! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool & die Terasse ein Ort sowohl zum Spaß haben als auch zum entspannen! Wir haben uns mit Ahmets Unterstützung einen Mietwagen geholt (Parkplatz am Haus) und waren täglich auf Stranderkundungstour, bevor es abends auf Stadterkundungstour ging noch etwaige Stunden am Pool! Das Haus hat das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenerdig zum Pool/Terrasse, ebenso im Haupthaus eine Toilette, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse bietet Schattenplätze! Also wenn Bodrum, dann bei Ahmet und Valerie- ein zuvorkommendes und sehr sehr höfliches Vermieterpaar! Absolut empfehlenswert als Rückzugs- und Genusspunkt und Bodrum ist diese Haus!

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefunden. Wir konnten alle unseren Altagsstress in der Zeit ablegen. Sehr zu empfehlen ! Danke und viele Grüße!

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

Sağlıklı, mutlu ve huzurlu bir tatil gecirdik. Evin konumu, hijyeni, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek mutfak gerecleri, ve pek cok sey evimizde mevcuttu. Fazla söze gerçekten gerek yok sadece bavulunuzu alip gelebileceginiz harika bir ev. Barkın bey son derece ilgiliydi, kahve makinasi olmasina rağmen frencpres istegimizi bile karsiladi kendisine inceligi icin ayrica tesekkur ediyoruz. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle sevgiler

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!
