Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

I had an amazing stay at Özlem’s place! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and kind—providing super clear check-in instructions, checking in with us mid-stay to see if we needed anything, and making sure everything went smoothly until check-out. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering stunning sea views while also facing mountains and greenery. It’s incredibly peaceful, especially in the mornings—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What truly sets this place apart is how well-equipped it is. This isn’t just a typical Airbnb with the bare minimum; it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Honestly, this is probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

The location of the house is 2 min. from the Marina with the beach right in front. The site in which it is located is reliable and peaceful, you can see the sea from the bed. The house has everything you're looking for. Even the coffee maker has been considered. Mr. Cuneyt was very caring and tried to help. Thank you. I hope I will definitely stop by here if we are on our way again.

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

A sweet one bedroom on 2 levels. Full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Gunes and her husband were warm and friendly. The apartment is in a small family complex, but very quiet. Perfect location near the harbor, shops and restaurants. A perfect place to hang your hat while visiting Bodrum.

Lovely place to stay with everything one would need. Also great location, easy to get to places. Murat was very friendly and helpful. He was super quick with responses to our questions or requests. He has a great list of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed Vedat’s home! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing to sit out on their covered balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We will be back thank you!!

The host was very responsive and always tried to help if we asked something. A very nice apartment right in the city centre with everything on a walk distance to you. A lot of fun souvenirs shop around you and very lovely places to eat The Airbnb was clean and perfect for two people.

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

the place is super well located in the heart of the old town, everything is at a walking distance, great verity of restaurants. the hidden gem is that the bus stop is also 2 min away which can take you to other part of the island in case you wanna have a each day at more quite beaches. The place was super nice and clean. we would definitely book this place the next time we visit Kos.

We stayed at Dimitrios' house in Kos for 5 nights. Location is close to supermarket etc. We had rented a car, but it was walkable to the city center and the beach. It is very clean and needs are taken into consideration. Dimitrios solves problems quickly. I recommend.

The house was exactly as shared in the photos. Items, kitchen utensils are new and sparkling clean. The large balcony and exquisite views were superb. Since it was rainy the evening we arrived, we sat in their spacious seats and enjoyed a big screen cinema. We felt like we were at home. It was a very enjoyable holiday. It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Perfect place with the perfect host. Stamakis was so helpful. Communication with Stamakis was fast and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, big enough and comfortable, pretty close to the center by walking. There was tea, coffee and even wine available. We didn’t want to leave the apartment. Highly recommended.

Very good and central location. A few minutes from the beach, good restaurants nearby. Street parking is possible without any problems. Very clean and well equipped. Gladly come again :)

Perfect location and very well equipped and well renovated house

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
