What a wonderful place! We were received very kindly and hospitably, which immediately gave a nice start to our stay. We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful house. Everything was taken care of to the last detail and clean, and the beds were wonderful. With two bathrooms, the house is also perfectly suited for a stay with several people. Both at the front and back of the house you can sit outside, and inside there is a spacious kitchen and cozy living room where you immediately feel at home. The location is also ideal close to everything. In short: absolutely recommended. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

Mr. Erdem and his wife were very interested. They were always in touch with us before they even stayed. We went there for the holiday, and even during the holiday, they were always there with us, taking care of our needs. Are there still people like that? We left happy enough to say. It was a clean and comfortable place to book the same place for a basement vacation again.

As someone who has stayed in this type of accommodation at many points, this is the first time we have experienced such a warm and sincere family home comfort and intimacy... On the last day, we had breakfast together at a table full of laughter, and breakfast lasted 2 hours without realizing the time... As a result, we were very pleased, it is my recommendation to anyone looking for a high-pitched, sincere and good service.

I stayed at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time with my family. Everything about the house is perfect. The view, location, etc. There are facilities to meet all your needs. Mr. Ilhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very well equipped, every detail has been thought. It was clean and well located, 5 min. walking distance to the old city. It was easy to find parking spot on the street. Check-in is easy and Kallia is super helpfull and very easy to communicate. Definitely recommended.

Especially the fact that the bagel bakery was very close, it was great to start the day with fresh bagels and tea every morning. the place is super well located in the heart of the old town, everything is at a walking distance, great verity of restaurants. the hidden gem is that the bus stop is also 2 min away which can take you to other part of the island in case you wanna have a each day at more quite beaches. The place was super nice and clean. we would definitely book this place the next time we visit Kos.

This was a perfect stay. The place is a nice size and a very convenient location. All equipment and furnishings are new. Kuzey was very helpful with everything … more than the perfect host. He helped with transportation and finding a gym but also he supplied everything that you need in the house from bin bags and cleaning products to drinking water, snacks and cooking condiments. Very highly recommended.

Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. Vaggelis is also a great host - proactive, responsive, flexible and very helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to

First of all, the location of the house was right in the center of the old city, within walking distance to everywhere. This was one of the best features. It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

Lovely Airbnb. We were on a working holiday. The location is great with a lovely view overlooking the town. It is in a local suburb which was lovely. Would definitely recommend it.

Our stay in Kos was amazing. My partner and I stayed in the apartment for our 8 day holiday. It was lovely and clean on arrival, Eirini was super helpful and very kind. She provided loads of local recommendations, and offered help in anyway she could. The location of the apartment is brilliant, close to the beach which we visited everyday, and just down the road from Kos town. I would definitely recommend a stay here, I would not hesitate to come back! :)
