We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is spacious, with wide, open areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space with the pool and the bar space upstairs (we didn’t use the bar but it is available if needed) were the highlight. Ebru, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed - friendly, attentive, and always available, she made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natali, who assisted us throughout our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

We definitely recommend this stay. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. We were able to park our car right out front, and the second car a short 2-min walk away. It felt very safe. It was very charming and as described. The host was very responsive and provided us with some recommendations for our day trip to Kos.

We spent our holiday with great pleasure in this house, which we loved the sea and harbor view from the balcony as soon as we entered the house, and which was furnished with tasteful items with carefully selected decoration. Every detail that we didn't even think of has been thought out to the finest detail, everything you need from cleaning to cosmetics, from food to textiles is at your fingertips. Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

This is a very cozy, quiet apartment, in a closed area in the mountains. You come as if you were home. The view is gorgeous. You can walk to the sea. We came to the surf school, went there, we didn't go to the beach near the house, but it looks very beautiful.

It was a great stay experience! This house we stayed in Zergülkent was a complete paradise! A balcony with a wonderful view of the bay… Morning coffee was nice, sunset was very enjoyable. The house was spotless and tidy. All the basic needs were considered, everything was complete in the kitchen. The location was very nice, transportation was extremely comfortable. The host was also very caring and kind, our communication was fast and smooth. We felt like we were at home. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have a comfortable vacation. We'll come again with our eyes closed!

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own deck chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged us the service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took care of us closely during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. As someone who has stayed in this type of accommodation at many points, this is the first time we have experienced such a warm and sincere family home comfort and intimacy... On the last day, we had breakfast together at a table full of laughter, and breakfast lasted 2 hours without realizing the time... As a result, we were very pleased, it is my recommendation to anyone looking for a high-pitched, sincere and good service.

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!
