It has its own garden entrance, there is a parking area for 1 vehicle. There is a private sitting area in the garden. It is a quiet peaceful house, located among the tangerine trees and in the heart of the city. Ev Bodrum Marinanin merkezindedir. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
