Onur’s place is perfect! It’s a big villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large patios. Comfortable (with great air conditioning) and close to town (although the roads are a bit steep, fyi). Onur was the best host ever! He helped arrange taxis for us each day, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He really went above and beyond, and we were so grateful as it made our trip easy. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. The villa gives a beautiful view of the Aegean, and stunning sunsets. The house is spacious, with good sized bedrooms. The pool is well kept and lovely. Loungers around the pool mean you never want to leave. The original location description seems to have the villa a little nearer to the road than the actual location, so were weren't exactly where we thought we were staying, but the extra height obviously meant we good better views... it was just a longer walk after an evening out. Communication was good, and both the host and his co-host were very helpful.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

Ev lokasyon olarak, çok güzel bir yerde. Marinaya, plaja, yemek yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Şehrin içinde olmasına rağmen, sokak çok sakin. Her gün kahvaltımızı evin avlusunda yaptık. Ev ile otel odası karışımı. Mutfakta tüm eşyaların olması ev gibi hissettiriyor. Tek oda ve sade olması da otel hissi veriyor. Cumhur mesajlara çok hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Çözüm odakli. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bodruma tekrar gittiğimizde seçimimiz yine bu ev olacaktır.

My family of 5, had a wonderful time staying at Seko’s home. We came during the shoulder season, so there were some plans we had to change due to closures and Seko was so helpful with recommendations on food and entertainment. Seko offered to organize a boat trip and even cater a meal at the home. Communication was great with a Yalikavak general area power outage and he had a handy man come to the house first thing in the morning to fix anything that was disrupted by it. Very private home with at least 3 parking spaces. Great location for food and a 5 minute drive to the marina. Would recommend to big groups and families.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The villa is located on a steep slope and the road access is quite challenging, especially parking the vehicle in the garage but we enjoyed the challenge. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants. The walk back takes longer due to the steep incline.

The villa's exterior is elegantly presented, featuring a structured terrace with wooden beams above. An inviting swimming pool is set against the backdrop of landscaped greenery, while a pathway of stones leads towards the entrance, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

The host was beneficial and accommodating, and the house was terrific. It can comfortably accommodate one or even two families (up to 8 people). All facilities and amenities were excellent. The host was flexible with our check-out time and generously allowed us a few extra hours, which we truly appreciated. He was kind, cooperative, and clearly eager to make sure his guests had the best experience possible. I highly recommend staying with him, and I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

SUPERBE !! La villa est belle, très joliment décorée, très bien entretenue, et très propre. Le mobilier est d’un bon goût. Tout est confortable. La vue sur la mer et les iles en face est magique et la piscine est dingue. La terrasse en haut offre une vue incroyable. Murat est un super hôte. Amical, aidant, souriant, il a été flexible, patient et avec des conseils pertinents. Franchement, n’hésitez pas un instant de louer cette superbe villa. A elle seule, le voyage à Bodrum vaut le coup. C’est, sans hésitation, notre plus belle location !!

Konakladığımız yer, tam olarak fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi. Temizlik mükemmeldi ve evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Lokasyon da oldukça merkeziydi ve çevrede gezilecek birçok yer vardı. Özellikle rahat yatak ve huzurlu ortam, tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Gülşen Hanım'ın evinde iki aile, 10 gün kaldık. Beklentimizin çoook üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Evin konumu, eşya kapasitesi her anlamda sunulan imkanlar muhteşemdi. Her konuda bize yardımcı olan Dilek Hanım'ın güler yüzü ve güzel kalbi de süreci inanılmaz kolay ve keyifli geçirmemizi sağladı. Ev hali yaşanabilecek sorunlarda ev sahiplerinin derhal ilgilendiler. Gelecek yıllar için şimdiden plan yapıyoruz ve sabırsızlanıyoruz. Asla bitsin istemedik ve tadı damağımızda kaldı. Biz her anında tatmin olduğumuz süper bir 10 gün yaşadık. Tüm kalbimle teşekkür ediyorum ve tavsiye ediyorum.

Bu villada Ekim ayı olmasına rağmen sıcak bir hava ile yazdan kalma unutulmaz günler geçirdik. Villa ilk girdiğimiz an muhteşem manzarasıyla bizi karşıladı. Mobilyaları şık modern ve oldukça zevkle döşenmiş, ilk andan itibaren kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Tüm yatak odalarının engelsizce denize bakması ve her odada kendine ait bir banyo-WC olması muhteşem bir detaydı. Kim hangi odada kalacak kavgası yaşamadık :) Mutfakta lazım olabilecek aklınıza gelebilecek tüm eşyalar düşünülmüş. Sadece pazar ve Market alışverişi yaparak hem kahvaltı hem de akşam yemeği hazırladık. Aslında niyetimiz kahvaltıları villada yapıp akşam dışarıda yemekti. Ancak mutfağın manzarası olan o muhteşem gün batımını kaçırmak istemedik. Yemek yapmak hiç böyle zevk vermemişti. Villanın barbekü köşesi de çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Ilık bir Akdeniz akşamında güzel bir mangal keyfi yaptık. Çamaşır makinası ve kurutucu olması da bizim için kolaylık oldu. Villayı tekrar tercih etmek için güzel bir sebebimiz var .

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

Her şey çok güzeldi, tatilimizin bitmesini hiç istemedik. Çiftlik içinde bulunan Atatürk heykelini özellikle belirtmek istiyorum. Çiftliğin en özel detayıydı. Dağbelen mevkisi olarak bodrum un her yerine yakın. Bodrum un tam ortasında bulunması sebebiyle ulaşım çok kolaydı. Teşekkür ederiz

Ayşegül Hanım'ın evi gerçekten fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, çok güzel manzaralı ve sabah 10 dan itibaren gölge bir balkon, tertemiz ve her aradığınızı bulduğunuz eşyalar, çok nefis bir plaj. Ayşegül Hanım'ın anne babası Şehriban Hanım ve Oğuz Bey de alt katta kalıyorlar ve çok ilgililer, çok tatlı insanlar, bize nefis ikramlarda bulundular. Çok güzel bir tatildi, çok memnun kaldık.

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Akşam ve geceleri terasta vakit geçirdik, yıldızları seyretmek güzeldi. Konum itibariyle sessiz kalabalıktan uzak bir yer, yakınlarındaki birkaç market yeterli oluyor. Ev sahibi her aradığımda ulaşılabilirdi. Ufak problemlerin hepsini ev sahibi hemen çözdü, bir sorun yaşamadık. Evin yakınındaki sahil bize yeterliydi ama etrafta araba ile gidilebilecek güzel ve bakir koylar mevcut. Ailemle güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik teşekkür ederiz

We were a group of 7 friends visiting Bodrum for the first time. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Murats. The apartment was clean and spacious. The service while staying was also amazing. We felt very much welcomed and looked after during the entire stay. There is a taxi stand very close to the apartment that offers cheap transport to any of the local recommendations Murat gave or into the castle area. We hope to come back in the future!
