We sincerely thank the hosts Carlos and Fabrício for their attention, empathy and willingness throughout our stay. From the beginning, they were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by external situations beyond the control of the hosts. We had a problem related to the use of ambient sound through an Alexa, which resulted in a fine for alleged excessive noise from the condominium. We emphasize that we have always been careful to maintain an adequate volume and, when notified, we promptly turn off the device to avoid any inconvenience. Therefore, we consider the penalty unfair and disproportionate. Despite these inconveniences, we recognize the care and respectful attitude of the hosts, and we hope that we can resolve this situation in a fair and friendly manner.

Enoque is one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts on this platform. Plenty of space inside and a nice grapevine in front. His house offers a place to get away from the busy city, but still has the necessary things nearby like markets, pharmacies, and some restaurants. There is a community market every Saturday evening on the street outside Sol e Mar mercado. Continued success, Enoque!

Extremely comfortable house, clean and a good space. My only suggestion is a larger mirror in the second bedroom (it doesn't have one).

The stay was great, so much so that I ended up extending it for another week and I will extend it for a few more days. The apartment is very functional, it has everything you need, in addition to 2 TVs, which is very important for those who like to watch series and movies. Cintia is a great host, always responding quickly to our questions.

Talissa is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Its apartment is very good, clean, spacious, and is located in a region where there are supermarkets, restaurants and is close to parks and shopping malls. The village has 2 easy-to-manage garages. The check-in and check-out were fairly easy. The electronic system of the port of the apto. is practical, as it does not require the use of keys. Anyway, I thank the host and highly recommend the space.
