The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

It was great, I was delighted with the well tidy place neatly clean. And I had everything I needed.

Ragily is an excellent person, easy to communicate with, objective, flexible, responds quickly, affordable price, we felt at home, wonderful accommodation, the apartment has everything we needed, on the outskirts there is a restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, everything very tasty and great prices.

The best hosting I've ever had on Airbnb! Everything was impeccable: excellent service from the condominium employees, super attentive host, and the apartment very well taken care of. The highlight goes to the full kitchen, which allowed me to prepare all meals with ease — I felt at home! Sensational experience, I would definitely be back.

The house is great! It has a lot more to offer than what's in the listing, it was great to have the party there! The space is very large, very clean and has everything close to the house.

The accommodation is as described. The whole town was neat and impeccable. The house is very large, bigger than I thought, everyone felt comfortable throughout the stay. The hostess was super attentive every time I needed it. I'd definitely come back more often.

Dona Maria is simply wonderful, I felt at home and I will definitely be back. The house is beautiful and cozy. It has a little market almost next door and a skewer on the corner. Very well located.

Great house. We were in 21 people and we were super well accommodated. Very well structured house. Guilherme very attentive and always ready with all the requests we had. I recommend and if we go back to Goiânia for sure we already have the right place to stay.

Everything was great, the space is good, according to the photos. And the location is also really good. Leonardo was always responsive and was super nice.

I had a very nice three month stay at Leonardo's place. For me it was perfect due to it's close proximity to the city centre campus. I would say it's maybe not the best neighbourhood in goiania but still fine with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Leonardo was a good host with easy communication and I can recommend this place to any other travellers
