The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

Lis was incredibly helpful and a wonderful host. She was accommodating in every way. We had to cut our visit short but we are looking forward to staying at her property again in the future.

My stay in this luxury apartment exceeded all expectations. The building is impeccable, extremely comfortable, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for rest days with a lot of style. The location is great and the view is just amazing. The cleaning was impeccable and the service was attentive and efficient from start to finish. Ragily is an excellent person, easy to communicate with, objective, flexible, responds quickly, affordable price, we felt at home, wonderful accommodation, the apartment has everything we needed, on the outskirts there is a restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, everything very tasty and great prices.

We stayed for 11 days in Marcella's apartment, and honestly, we would have stayed much longer if we could! We felt completely at home. From the beginning, Marcella was super attentive, always communicating clearly and quickly. She was also very understanding about our early check-in and late check-out, due to a family situation — which was very important to us. About the apartment, there is absolutely nothing to complain about: spacious, clean, with a new kitchen and living room and tastefully decorated. The location is also excellent, with a gym, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. If I had to mention something, it would just be that one of the rooms doesn't have air-conditioning. For me it was not a big problem, as I slept with the door open, but during the day it can get a little hot. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again! Great place! Furniture and appliances are of great quality. The grocery store and the building's gym are quite complete. The concierge staff are extremely polite, and the place, always clean and organized. In addition, there is a mall with several shops next to the building, which makes everything even more convenient

Our stay was simply perfect!! The apartment is wonderful, the condominium is extraordinary! We went to the gym and heated pool every day! An incredible view of the city of Goiânia! We had an amazing 6 days! I just have to thank Marcia for providing us with this! I highly recommend it!
