Apartment well organized and equipped. It does not have linen and towels, but the host advised. Good location, great value for money.

The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

I am very grateful to Bruno and Lucas for all the affection and welcome in their home. They welcomed us at a very difficult and trying time, but we felt very good with all the affection received from this team. I highly recommend it. Very good site, the very safe neighborhood. Everything near, was walking to the market, fitness center, restaurants and bars. The impeccable apartment (I just missed a frying pan and a jar of water/juice). They can arrange this for the other guests. In the most complete apartment. It had bed linen and towels for all guests, face towels and floor mat for the spare bathroom. O José very attentive at check-in and checkout. Only compliments on the building as well, which looks more like a luxury property. The always well-educated concierge, we had no trouble getting in and out. Our family loved the stay and only compliments to the host. Thank you so so much!

We went as 5 adults, 1 couple and 3 more friends. The space is a little small for 5 people, but it perfectly met our needs. It's on SQN407, near 710 N, where we had work. Getting around on foot or with Uber is easy.

The property is better than in the photos. I highly recommend staying at this property, especially if you need to get around the neighborhood. I also emphasize that Luís is a great host. I only have compliments to do.

Very clean, and furnished, with air-conditioning in both bedrooms. So well-organized that it had a dishwasher. Bathrooms with warm water and shower with good water pressure. Very comfortable bed, very homey environment! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in a comfortable and spacious stay in Patos de Minas!!!

Dear, I would like to leave a suggestion to improve the guest experience. The refrigerator in some of the APs was turning off whenever I removed the card to go down to the leisure area, leaving the drinks hot, another thing is the time, we were on vacation and we wanted to stay up until later, but the whole space is turned off at 11 p.m., that was bad, otherwise everything was great.

The apartment is very well equipped, just as in the photos, and served us perfectly. Both check-in and check-out were super fast, we had no problem at all. Everything is very well organized and clean. The condominium itself is outstanding. The river is open until 6 p.m., while the pools are open until 11 p.m. The restaurant, however, does not have many options, at least not at lunch. But overall it's a pretty good place.

Cintia was always very attentive with us and made clear the rules of the place, which were followed to the letter. The site was according to the description and was very quiet. i recommend it.

Danilo's apartment was extremely clean and organized. We were on the property quickly, only for a night's sleep after a long journey and were able to rest perfectly. I already knew the condominium/development but since I was the first time until today it has improved a lot. The staff are very polite, the place is airy and has a lot of privacy. One thing I loved was the fact that the apartment was turned to a forest and not to the leisure area. This made all the difference for me because we were able to rest and enjoy the view of the trees in a rainy night. We love it and will definitely be back.
