The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Bathing is twice as much fun

A great idyllic and loving apartment! The whole apartment was so lovingly furnished, down to the smallest detail. We were very warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable. The amenities are above average. We didn't miss anything. The garden is an absolute dream, in which we spent a lot of time. It is also perfect for enjoying the sunset. We were able to just switch off well here. It is easy to hike across fields and meadows from here. If you want to get into the bastion, you have to take the car route of about 30-45 minutes. We will be back!!!

We liked the stay at the place very much! Since there were four of us, we also used the couch which was cozy! The view into the forest from the couch is heavenly :) Everything was clean and available (including wood etc). The cottage heats up quickly and is also well insulated, which is why we only heated briefly in the morning and evening every day. We wanted to use the sauna and whirlpool, but the heating takes a little too long and we didn't have time for two nights and hiking tours. The sauna is great and a nice way to relax after a long day. All in all, the stay was great and a great price-performance ratio for 4 people. 🫶🏻

We searched at very short notice and were still able to land here relatively cheaply for four adults. We had a lot of freedom of movement to ourselves and due to the generously equipped lounge. The sauna looked very welcoming, even though we didn't use it (summer...).

We felt very comfortable and had beautiful days in the apartment "Blütezeit." The apartment is very tasteful and cozy, also super clean. The beds are great, the kitchen very well equipped and the location absolutely quiet. We spent a day in Dresden (reachable in a good half hour by car). The old town of Meissen is about 10 minutes away by car. We had not paid much attention to the pool and sauna when booking, but used both on site with enthusiasm - the beautifully landscaped garden is an additional highlight. Anja was always friendly and very quickly available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Jeannine's place was perfect for us. In advance, as well as during our stay, there was always a timely and friendly communication. Check-in Instructions were very informative and reliable. Our car could park on the street and the bikes could be safely parked on the landing of the property. The accommodation is very clean, well-kept, new, lovingly and not too overloaded. Everything you need for self-catering is available. A personal welcome letter and other information material about the area was ready at check-in. A beautiful outdoor area that invites you to linger is also available. As a guest, you have your privacy and tranquility, which we enjoyed on the Elbe hillside. The location has been ideal for us both for a visit to Dresden, as well as for exploring Saxon Switzerland. An all-around Airbnb !

We were proactively contacted in advance regarding arrival. We were able to check in flexibly. The host's welcome was warm and benevolent. We felt right in good hands The apartment is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. All lovingly renovated. Linen and towels are of good quality. For fireplace, sauna use, etc. you pay a small extra fee. Since it is a half-timbered house, you have to expect noise from the upper apartment if it is occupied. There is a heated boot dryer on the ground floor for wet shoes. Really practical and thoughtful. You can hike right from the house. Shopping and ski resort are quickly reached by car. We recommend the accommodation.

Thank you for having us! 2 parents and a baby felt very welcomed and had a great experience, incredible views, the possibility to braai (grill) with stunning views, waking up in the morning to mystical cloudy weather, sunrises and/ or to deer and sheep eating grass as close to 50m infront of the big window. We loved it and only can recommend, especially for young parents - a perfect fit for relaxation, taking turns going into the sauna! And to top all of that, Martin was such a friendly host, combined with wonderful communication with Lenka. We will be back! And we are missing this stunning place already!

We booked the place for three nights. We traveled with two children and were positively surprised by the size of the property. It is a very nice apartment with all amenities. Down in the basement is a sauna, which we reserved for 2 hours for ourselves. From the property, you have to plan about 45 minutes driving time to visit and hike the sights in the Saxon Switzerland Nature Park. But that didn't bother us. We had a great weekend. We were looking for a quiet getaway, and this was perfect. We arrived in a winter wonderland, with hiking trails and little restaurants a short way from the house. There was a super friendly person to welcome us, show the house, and offer lots of nice local recommendations for places to go and things to do. We made a quick dash down to Prague one day, and immediately missed the peace and serenity of the cabin. Only regret is that we didn’t bring more time.
