From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes.
