Liebevoll und neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Gmund / Moosrain. Die Ferienwohnung ist in ruhiger Lage, abseits vom Trubel und doch nur 3,5 km vom Schwimmen im Tegernsee entfernt. Die Bayrische Oberlandbahn (BOB) fährt einmal stündlich von der nur 2 Minuten entfernten Haltestelle „Moosrain“ nach Tegernsee oder nach München. Die Wohnung, mit separatem Eingang, liegt im 1. OG und wurde neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden.

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The 54 m² apartment is located in the attic of our new terraced corner house. Bakery, Butcher and grocer nearby. The train station is about 5 minutes away by foot. Lake Schliersee in 5 minutes and Lake Tegernsee in 15 minutes by car. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, skiers and bikers. Own electric charging station available. We and our 2 cats live in the same house on the first floor and 2nd floor. Shared house entrance.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Ferienwohnung direkt am See

Unsere helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung hat einen direkten Blick auf den Tegernsee und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Monte Mare Seesauna. Die Anlegestelle der Schifffahrt liegt gegenüber sowie ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der allerdings nur eine halbe Stunde kostenloses Parken erlaubt und dann mit 8€ pro Stunde sehr teuer ist. Eine Alternative hierzu ist der Zentralparkplatz Tegernsee.
