We lived the house it was cozy and felt right at home. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and well-equipped cabin. Every view from the cabin interior looking outside was lovely! We enjoyed the hot tub and even got to see a bald eagle! The kids loved exploring the river and the third bedroom loft setup was perfect for their “zone!” The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates and cups for everyone- even plastic ware for the kids! The only improvements would be perhaps a quick wash down of the patio furniture before arrival because the evidence of aviary wildlife was apparent. Also, for any longer stay we would’ve needed to ask for the chemicals to clean the hot tub water. We did not ask for the hot tub to be shocked again but are sure the owners would have done so. All in all a very wonderful experience with easy access to a beautiful river and quick commute to any of the major tourist destinations. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The whole property was absolutely perfect for a serene outdoor getaway. We were only able to use the kayaks and hammock for one day of our stay due to adverse weather but we would definitely come back! When the threat of severe weather came through, our host was very accommodating and communicative as well!

Beautiful place! Perfect for 1-2 people. Only about a 40 minute drive to Hot Springs. Place was clean and looked just like the pictures. I enjoyed being able to wake up and drink coffee outside. The sound of nature surrounds you. It is off of a main road so the occasional car passing through is heard. No big deal for me. We even had some visitors from next door! (Chickens). The restaurant Los Roosters was a cool venue. With a mostly Mexican menu, with normal seating in the front, a “sports bar” in the middle with pool tables and a dance floor in the back with tables. Friday night they had karaoke and Saturday night they had a band. We had breakfast at Trudy’s in Amity (cash only), it was mediocre breakfast. Overall, great stay and if ever in the area again we’ll be sure to contact Morgan!
