Monthly Rentals in Glenshee

The Bothy is a wonderful place for both r&r and as a base to explore the wilds of Scotland. It’s incredibly peaceful, cosy, and well located. There are plenty of walks that leave from the front door, as well as some beautiful longer walks a short car ride or cycle away. Susannah was a wonderful host and kept in touch which was much appreciated. Definitely stay here if you can!

Our stay at the Coach House was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. Tim s place is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I loved having a cup of coffee and breakfast in the kitchen overlooking the scenic view. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Tim was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing detailed instructions on check-in and meeting us just as we arrived and then before we left. Felt like talking to a friend I ve known for years. That's how much Tim makes his guests feel welcome. He took time to explain things and even lit the fireplace for us and arranged for us to use the sofabed too so we'll be more comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the Highlands but also very peaceful for a quiet retreat. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing escape far from bustling city life immersed in nature.

We've stayed here before and we'd love to stay here again. It is close enough for trips to Glenshee and Pitlochry, and there are trails for interesting local walks. But what makes it special is the accommodation - a private apartment in a lovely old building with the most amazing atrium, with books, board games and table football. There's a pub with a roaring log fire justa few doors down, too. Perfect!

My favourite airbnb I have stayed in while in Scotland and I have stayed in quite a few! The location is great. The house is extremely cosy. We took advantage of the skiing at glenshee and there are endless low and high level walks you can do from the front door. I can recommend highly. Hope to be back sometime.
