Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Glendale

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Victoria's house is comfortable and well-appointed. The decor is peaceful and throughful, and the kitchen is extremely well provisioned. We enjoyed cooking and lounging on the deck. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking. The use of the garage was much appreciated and necessary if you have two cars. The house guide had clear instructions. Overall, a great visit.

This was a very good place for my wife and I and son to visit LA. Smaller than the pictures implied, but with plenty of room for the essentials of our stay. Super clean. Host was friendly and ready to assist if we needed anything. Parking on the driveway was also quite nice.

Williams place is lovely. Private, clean and well appointed. The backyard access to a cute patio with bistro table was a bonus! The location was wonderful as it was walking distance to the Rose Bowl. Thank you so much. Had a great time!

Although Buena Vista Street is busy you won’t hear the traffic noise in this cozy one bedroom house. The house is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower. The heat pump/mini split heating and cooling system worked flawlessly. The kitchen was complete with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. I never had a problem parking. As a matter of fact I was able to park in the exact same place just to the right of the driveway. Be aware that there is no parking every Thursday from, I think, 10:00 till noon. There are plenty of signs posted on the exact time on Thursday that cars must not past. You can easily park across the street during that time. There is a Ralph’s Supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy about a mile away and you’re less than half a mile from I5. All in all a great two week stay. A modern and comfortable apartment, with everything you might need. Very well connected, it was great to be able to visit our daughter who is spending a season in California

We were so happy with the rental. The house looked exactly like the pictures, it was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed for our 9-day stay. Kylee was a great host; she sent us instructions on everything in advance, so when we got there, it was a simple check-in. The house is extremely nice, and the location is great! We will definitely rent this house anytime we are in LA

Amazing , Amazing host. Has the best space and location. Access to gas , grocery , highways , bus routes , Los Angeles, Burbank , Hollywood , Glendale , etc. Mall , restaurants , and movies in less than 5 minutes. A host who cares about her guest and their needs. Has an awesome dog name China who is so friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend this space.

Such a special spot. Had a wonderful couple weeks here. So peaceful and quiet and the layout of the space is amazing. A great studio space and a beautiful neighborhood. Was perfect!

Daisy is a lovely and gracious host. She’s very responsive and sweet. The accommodations are in a beautiful neighborhood & a very easy walk to Atwater Village, which has all kinds of great shops, restaurants and bars & a fabulous farmers’ market. Great location.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment at C's place! The place was spotless, which made it feel instantly comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and timely—they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The location was also a huge plus—very peaceful yet walkable to grocery and etc. There is plenty of street parking and safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!

Staying at Jeffery’s place in Pasadena was such a treat. He was super helpful and quick to respond anytime we needed something. The apartment is beautiful—quiet, private, and nestled in a really gorgeous neighborhood. It honestly felt like a little escape, but still close to everything: awesome restaurants, cute shops, and some great hiking spots. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a kinder host. Highly recommend!

2nd time staying here. Again was very happy. Great and beautiful location. Quiet. Safe. Parking right in front. Hosts responsive to needs. We needed a few things 1st night and they were immediately taken care of. Such a beautiful location. Excellent stay for the money. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the porch, easy access to the highway and walkable to fantastic restaurants and bars. Very ideal and reasonably priced for LA. Exactly what we were looking for when we looked for a place for a C long weekend. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Beef was comfortable and place was roomy enough for us.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.
