Modern holiday home in functional style in a newer cottage area at the popular Bråstadvika, a popular recreational area for Gjøvik and the surrounding area. Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Friendly library/ TV room with private entrance. Hundreds of books and dvds, double bed and a pleasant view to the garden. Room has a refrigerator, coffee/tea, electric kettle and microwave. There are plates and some cutlery. Fully equipped studio on a small, idyllic farm, with relaxing scenic view and peaceful neighbourhood. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Located near Hafjell (8km) and family parks like Lilleputthammer and Hunderfossen (10km). 22 km north of Lillehammer. Walking distance to the river Lågen, for swimming and fishing, walking trails, and short distance to the Øyer mountains known for the many cross country ski tracks in the winter, and mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer.

Lillehammer sentrum 15 min. Kvelds- og søndagsåpen matbutikk Mesnali 3 min. Sengetøy og håndklær kan leies og må forhåndsbestilles - pris kr 250/£20/€25 pr sett. Ta gjerne med deres eget. Et soverom på hems (obs! bratt trapp) og et i 1 etg. Begge soverom har dobbeltseng. Flere gode turmuligheter, oppkjørte skiløyper rett ved hytta. Nær til turstier i skog og mark, bademuligheter. Hytta har fiber fra Altibox, med standard kanalpakke og chromecast.
