The boat house is even better than you think it’s going to be.! The hosts have put a great deal of care into the property. It’s relaxing and comfortable. The scenery is stunning, also the animal life. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s charming cabin. The house is full of character with antique furniture and a cozy wood stove. Slept great on the comfortable double bed. Peter is very hospitable and gave us great ideas for walks in the forest and on the nearby island of Risoya. Would highly recommend a stay at Peter’s for a relaxing getaway.

We had a lovely couple of nights, it’s a very peaceful and tranquil spot. Inga couldn’t have been more helpful and took us up to the most stunning view point and gave us great advice on places to visit. The boat house is great, right on the water but is a good 15 minutes walk from the main house. Unfortunately the kayak had sunk so no boat available. Beware of the mosquitoes and midges on the walk to and from the boat house! Wonderful stay and a perfect place to unwind and get a taste of the Norwegian coastal countryside.
