There is a big terrace in front of the guesthouse where you can relax or enjoy your meal after a day og hiking, kayaking or just exploring the region. Moderne hytte bygget i 2021 med høy standard like ved sjøen med brygge og sandstrand rett nedenfor. Det er også et flott badevann og vakre turer i gangavstand fra hytta. Prekestolen er kun en kort kjøretur unna sammen med flere andre toppturer. Stedet er perfekt for late sommerdager med bading, fisking eller turer i området rundt Lysefjorden. Hytta har grill og utekjøkken. I tillegg er det uteområder for badminton og krokett med en fantastisk utsikt.

Leilighet ved sjøen i Forsand.

Stedet ligger helt i sjøkanten ved innløpet til Lysefjorden og er et godt utgangspunkt for besøk til blant annet Preikestolen, Kjerag og Flørli. Det er 600-700 meter til kai hvor ferje og hurtigbåt går innover Lysefjorden. Supermarked fins 100 meter fra leiligheten. Det er mulig å bade på stranda rett utenfor. Hagen er inngjerdet slik at kjæledyr som ikke hopper over gjerdet kan gå fritt. Navn på WIFI og passord til denne, ligger på bordet i stuen.
