A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything. The breathtaking view of the valley and the silence are priceless! It's a newly renovated country house with a kitchen in the dining room with a working fireplace and TV. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + one for studio use and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with new and good quality pots, plates, glasses, pans, etc. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

Feeling at home. Rooms cared for in every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old enjoyed the comfortable crib provided by Ms. Paola at no extra charge. 5 stars to Ms. Paola for how she receives her guests.

Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you for that! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

We had a great time at Annalisa and Giuseppe's, who welcomed us in their B&B, perfect for those who love nature and tranquility; the place is very beautiful, immersed in silence, far from the chaos but at the same time very close to the town of Vasto, which can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. The accommodation is comfortable and cozy, it corresponds exactly to the description.

Perfect! Accommodation with everything! Everything was super clean. Wonderful terrace. Sea view. The nearest beach is a short walk away. Roseto and Giulianova are a 5-minute drive. Claudia is very helpful and super responsive. 10 and praises.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Very clean, well-kept and bright apartment. Central but quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The house offers all the necessary comforts and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back here for the next trip to San Benedetto del Tronto!

The apartment was clean, with excellent location, on a wlking distance to restaurants, magazines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paola's place in Teramo. Paola was a very attentive host and quick to respond.

Luigi introduced us to his town, Acquaviva Picena. Its home offers a fantastic view in a beautiful place overlooking the valley. 10 minutes by car you are in San Benedetto del Tronto. Great place for great excursions that will always remain in your heart. The house is not missing anything at all and Luigi was impeccable. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

Very stately apartment, dated but kept in a beautiful and "refreshed" way recently. There's really nothing missing except for a TV . Mila really provided everything, the kitchen, the bathroom and the super equipped rooms, all with new things. Amazing terrace with breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the stay was short. I hope to go back.

Location is superb. Apartment is small and comfortable. There are some steps to get to the apartment and some steps within. Also some ceiling is low. All fine for people of normal height with no disabilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and recommend Fabio and this place. Thank you

The place was perfect for my daughter and me. We were able to have a relaxing beach day right across the street. Everything was walkable and safe.
