Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's apartment! From having breakfast on the terrace to enjoying our rooms, everything was done to a high level. The apartment was also a very short walk into the town center where plenty of restaurants and shopping stores were located along with the beautiful medieval designs of Ascoli Piceno.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

We stayed in this amazing yurt where time stops. Everything is beautiful and well-kept. The property has all the comforts and precautions possible, from the sofas and loungers outside the jacuzzi with views of nature, from the refrigerator to the coffee and ice maker. All to stay overnight in the peace of mind. Tom is a really good host, he made us find breakfast in the picnic basket outside the door in the morning and it was very much appreciated. The care and dedication to the environment also make this property a really fantastic accommodation.

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

Perfect location! Very warm, traditional apartment. Hosts are lovely! We arrived to fresh homemade pastries, a bowl of fruit, milk, bottled water, spices, and many other kitchen items. Felt like home right away. Will stay here again.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation, which is right across the road from the sea with a large beach and a gradual entrance to the sea, the accommodation is very suitable for two families, it is two apartments that are connected by a small corridor and entrance door, bigger apartment has a wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, the apartments are very well equipped and you will find everything you need here, we can highly recommend

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

We've stayed at dozens of AirBnbs around the world and look for unique stays with a host who lives in the community. Nadia epitomizes how AirBnb should be. We stayed in what was once her grandfather's home and her parents lived across the street. The pride she demonstrated toward her home, the community and this beautiful part of Italy was infectious. She responsive, helpful, speaks excellent English and prepares a delicious locally sourced breakfast. The cheese, honey, and her home made crackers were outstanding. The area is as the other reviewers describe. The Sibillini mountains are a gem. So is Nadia. Visit this lovely area for an authentic countryside experience

Vincenzo's house is in a strategic and convenient location, as you can reach in just a few minutes, both the promenade with all the establishments and restaurants, and the commercial activities located very close to the house, such as supermarkets, pizzerias and more. The house is comfortable, cozy and well tidy and Vincenzo put us in the best possible condition to spend a quiet stay by the sea, as well as truly a very helpful, welcoming and caring person. Bikes are available for a nice tour of the area. Highly recommended host and of course Silvi Marina has everything you need to spend a quiet vacation.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children in Tolentino and had two wonderful weeks in this great house! It is very tastefully decorated, well maintained, well equipped, spacious (so that everyone can retreat), has a great pool (perfect size) and a great view in every direction. It is located in the hills above Tolentinos in an absolute, quiet location (you do not disturb anyone and will not be disturbed). You have to have a car, to Tolentino you drive about 10 minutes/ here you get everything. Every few days, the pool was cleaned and after 7 days, towels and linens have been changed. There are great small towns in the area and you can also drive to the beach in just 40 minutes. We had a lot of bathing, cooked and enjoyed the tranquility. It was never boring, our kids' age was 10-15 years and all could swim. Thanks, Kate, for everything! Communication was reliable and very pleasant. Absolute recommendation from the heart!!

Sitting here with my family last week. Enjoy in one word what a wonderful place. You will relax here. The owner of the house himself spoke twice. But his father also lives here a real treasure of a man. This man goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. He is also a winner with the wine. I myself say take the red wine. It tastes very good in a wonderful evening sun. The pool is wonderful with a deep piece where you can really dive. A real party for our kids. Nice trip is going to the mountains is really beautiful, it looks like you are in the Alps. I would bless a Thick 9 for all you can do here and how you will be treated. We had an amazing stay at Illy’s place. The house is very well laid out inside and the pool area was beautiful.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

The house was really lovely, not too big, not too small, quiet. You can really unplug and enjoy nature. I was there for a long weekend, to learn something and relax, and it works really well. The house is simply furnished and in a basic state, for lovers of luxury this will not be enough. I am a fan of simplicity and tranquility to escape everyday life, for people like me it is perfect. It's also a great place with kids or dogs. Unfortunately it was April and I couldn't try the pool, but it's really huge. Thanks to Francesco's mother, it's really fabulous.
