The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer on foot to the sea, but we were happy to walk, we could borrow bikes. Great place for mountain trips in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to come back in the future.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!
