Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing place to bring the family and celebrate our anniversary. So many gorgeous group spaces indoors and out. Our host accommodated us with early arrival, a crib and plenty of linens for two small children. The garden is gorgeous and the yard is friendly and safe for a two-year-old. Our family ate our way through the neighborhood. Such great restaurants all around. Started the day at the convent for coffee and would say the Cucina was one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. All in all it was the perfect place to make some very beautiful memories.

We were a group of 8 staying at Villa Il Castellaccio and it was the most amazing experience. Leonardo was very helpful leading up to our stay helping plan a night with a private chef dinner. The food was some of the best we had! The Villa was private, more than enough space for our group and the grounds around the pool was always pristine. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Our group already discussed coming back again and staying longer. Thank you Leonardo!

Pobyt w tej willi w Toskanii to było absolutne spełnienie marzeń! Miejsce jest przepiękne – otoczone malowniczymi wzgórzami, pełne spokoju i włoskiego uroku. Sama willa urządzona z ogromnym smakiem, bardzo czysta, przestronna i w pełni wyposażona – niczego nam nie brakowało. A basen? Cudo! Idealny do relaksu z widokiem na toskańskie krajobrazy, szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. We had an amazing time in the villa from Tommaso. It has all the amenities that you expect from a villa in this price class. The view looking over the valley is beautiful. The communication with the host was very pleasant and swift. As an example; The existing tv got broken in the evening and the next morning Tomasso installed a new one with all the modern features like Apple Airplay. Since the weather was not great the first days you can imagine that this was very nice to have a good working tv. Anyone who is considering renting a villa in the surrounding of San Donato, I highly recommend this villa from Tommaso.

Tutto perfetto! La villa e è splendida, curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. Gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli, e la vista è magnifica. Oscar è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. La piscina con vista sul paesaggio è favolosa! È stato un soggiorno davvero incantevole e rilassante. Consigliatissimo.

David’s place embodies elegance and tranquility. Beautiful interior with intricate touches. The backyard was huge and our pup enjoyed running around on it. It’s as described in the pictures. David was also a very kind host. Responsive to our questions and insightful when it came down to recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking!

We loved our time at La Balza - such a picturesque, peaceful and relaxing stay! Alessandro and his parents were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions very quickly. They were very hospitable and accommodating. The area surrounding Radda in Chianti is absolutely beautiful and we loved the easy access to so many different cities and small villages. Would definitely recommend. A+

This place is fabulous. Margherita was responsive so quickly. We had a 11 people six adults and five kids. Loved the pool and hot tub. Margherita made reservations for us and suggested day trips. She even got a wheelchair for me for the Hill towns. Take advantage of their cooking. they did meals for us, which were fantastic. And even organized a birthday dinner for the three young girls. They did the birthday cake and even gave them a gift. It was fabulous. Don’t hesitate to book. We did day trips to Sienna, pisa,Luca, panzano, pienza and multipulciano. And two trips to the luxury mall.!Her parents are so helpful too. Olive oil and their wine is fantastic. The only regret I have is that we didn’t have extra days and spend the time right around villa. I think we would have really enjoyed the wine tasting and olive tastings. I would’ve stayed easily another week. Do take advantage of her massages too. My kids thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It exceeded my expectations!!!!! Ten stars!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for our family. The host made us feel incredibly welcome when we arrived, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful help arranging car service and the delicious home-cooked meals provided for our group. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the area!

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen für unser Trainingscamp hier und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa. Es ist wirklich noch schöner, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hätten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur einer Hand voll anderer Häuser kann man perfekt abschalten - ob am Pool, im Garten oder in Haus selbst. Zara und Mark sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort und außerdem jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zara hat uns bei einer kleinen morgendlichen Wanderung die Umgebung gezeigt. Diese Plätze hätten wir ohne sie niemals gefunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

The house and hosts were fabulous, they were super friendly and helpful. The house felt like a real home with everything you could wish for. My husband had the time of his life with the outdoor kitchen and the pool was a lovely place to enjoy the sun. The beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. We had our Labrador with us who had the time of her life there exploring the area. The wine bar next to the windmill is a must. For a large get together for family or friends I couldn’t recommend it enough and we hope to return next year with our extended family.

Cuando piensas en un siitio tranquilo, bonito, donde descansar y con todas las comodidades… este sitio encaja perfectamente!! Desayunos buenísimos y todo hecho en casa!! Por último, destacar su amabilidad y saber hacer… un 10!!

Our stay felt like something out of a movie. Janine has decorated the home with love and attention to detail. We loved the pool and decided to spend a day doing nothing but lazing by the pool eating home cooked food in the amazing kitchen. Memories were made here and we will 100%. Return for a longer stay as you will not beat the view from Janine’s villa anywhere in Tuscany.

La Vignaccia is wonderful. We were a family of 6 adults plus a baby, and the set up was great for spending time together but also having plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group and the many private spaces were very relaxing. Working remotely was possible with the wifi but not super strong for calls. However there is 5G around the house, so hot spotting from a window worked fine.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Beatrice und Alessandro. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um Urlaub zumachen! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Our family vacation to Villa Berni in Bottai was phenomenal, and it all started with the accommodations. Alessandro's brother, Enrico, met us as planned and gave us a tour of the villa. As requested, they provided 2 cribs for our grandbabies. With 6 bdrms and 5 bath, each couple had their own space, and the babies had their own rooms too. It was conveniently located taking 20 minutes to the Florence city center and other local towns provided everything we needed. Our favorite part of the villa was the garden courtyard. We had morning coffees and evening cigars/drinks. A bonus was the tortoises which the babies loved finding each morning to feed them strawberries. Part of the family farm, Enrico gave us a tour of the olive grove and farm animals. He even staged eggs for the grands to collect. Our last night, we arranged pro chefs to prep an authentic Tuscany dinner. This kitchen met their needs, and we ate in the courtyard. We couldn't ask for more...Thanks for hosting us!

just wanted to share how much I loved my time at this beautiful place. We were a family of 11 adults, and the house was perfect for a big group like ours. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and everything you’d hope for in Tuscany. The swimming pool was one of our favorite spots, offering an amazing panoramic view of the nearby town—just breathtaking. Our host, Tatiana , was extremely kind and welcoming. One morning, we were surprised with a delicious selection of Italian pastries for breakfast—a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our stay even more special. It’s also a great place for children, with plenty of outdoor space and a safe, relaxing environment. I would absolutely recommend this stay to families or large groups looking for a memorable Tuscan escape. I’d definitely come back!

Lacopo was very responsive each time I needed to contact him. The place was very nice but remote. it was about 1 1/2 hours to drive to some of the other medieval cities. It rained a lot but also was beautiful because of the rain. Lacopo and his family were fantastic. The homemade meal his parents prepared for us was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals we had while in Tuscany! It was nice to see how active his parents were and how well they took care of the place. We were surprised to be charged if we used the pool towels. There was nothing mentioned in the description. We would recommend this place. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room.

We - a family of seven adults - had a really great stay at Bernardino's house. The house itself was very cosy and charming and contained everything we needed. The pool and the pool area, to which only we had access, was a fantastic extra asset which we enjoyed a lot. The nearby surroundings were also very nice with vineyards and woods. We even spotted three seldom orchids and heard the pirol bird which is very exotic to us. At the same time, it was possible to walk to the nearby town of Gaiole in Chianti where many nice restaurants and cafes can be found.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

7 of us stayed a week at the Villa. It was all we could hope for. The central location between Siena and Florence was perfect. We settled into a rhythm of walking to San Donato for coffee early in the morning, driving to somewhere mid morning until mid afternoon (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti were all SUPER convenient), pool in the afternoon, and then dinner in the evening. So the villa and location were great, but the real differentiator was Tiziana herself. She was so helpful! She helped us understand how much of what we read on the internet was real and how much was fake. She made dinner recommendations and actually called and made reservations for us. She was always available and helpful. She is THE BEST!

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!
