OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais 5 minutes away and the start of the Canal de Garonne Green Way 10 minutes away ! In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
