Die Lage ist in Bettringen, eine Vorort mit wenige Autominuten nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Zu Fuß erreicht man Tennisplätze mit einen gut geführte Gastronomie. Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.
