The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The 70 square meter Rasty apartment is located on the ground floor, it is spread over two independent bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people, with four-poster beds, garden view, bathroom, living area and kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette.
